Rules Update New Bounty Template

A new bounty template has been posted here: https://www.starwarsrp.net/threads/bounty-thread-template.139518/

All new posted bounties are to use this template going forward.

This template may be modified if required based on circumstances.

Some notes copied from my reminder in that thread:

1. All bounty threads should be kept clear of spam.
2. You may only hunt members who have marked their profiles as being available.
3. Posting a 'dead only' bounty will likely end in disappointment unless you have discussed and agreed with the other writer.
4. The tiers below have suggestions for suitable targets but you may change them to suit.
5. SWRP does not have an economy system but try to keep your rewards reasonable given the IC means of your character.
