Culture: In Rattatakian culture, strength matters a lot. It determines your position in the social ladder and it keeps you alive. Violence is a big part of their culture as well. They use violence as a means to settle disputes in every day life. Often the stronger one is the one who is right when it comes to conflicts, even though the weaker one might have the more valid arguments. Even in court, violence is a pretty valid argument during trial. A Rattataki can just overpower the accuser or defender in a fair duel and win the case.
Technology: On par with Galaxy but for weaponry the Rattatak have gone from useing lasers to useing Particle based weaponry.
History: Nothing is known about the planet in that it was recently discovered by a group of Rattataks. When the Rattatak vessels arrived at the planet many many time ago the ships were beginning to fail. So they begin sending out scouts for worlds. They then discovered this planet and that the planet resembles there homeworld of Rattatak in its earliest of days of aridness. The Rattatak ships would all flock in and return as each ship would land on the planet. It wasn't long before colonization begin as some ships would be converted into mining and construction equipment. After awhile the City of Cerberon was build the only city on the planet. While the people adjusted to there home they made sure there home was not known by keeping there old warships up to date till they could begin building there own. They hunted down and killed any ship which had approched the solar system before they could find the ship and capture the vessels and brought them back killing the crew and useing every bit of the ship for parts.

Looks interesting, but there are some problems with it:

• What do you mean with 'Type 2 When Outside'? It should be just 'Type 2'.
• '1.1 Earths'? There is no Earth in Star Wars. Please change it to '1.1x Standard'.
• Demonym is the way how all residents of the planet are called. For example, if a human decides to move to the planet and start living there, they would be called by the demonym of the planet. Please edit it since the planet is not limited to Rattataki.
• Culture needs to be longer. Since I'm assuming Rattataki have been there for a relatively short time, just describe the overall Rattataki culture for the ease of RPing on the planet.
• 'On par with Galaxy but for weaponery.' What do you mean with that sentence? Do you mean, that only their weapons are on par with the rest of the galaxy or do you mean, that only their weapons aren't on par with the rest of the galaxy?
• Even though I understand Rattataki have just found the planet, there has to be some information about history. For instance, why would they have 500,000 people already? Like I understand, they have also established a city on the planet. Please include information about finding the planet, moving to the planet, establishing the city, and maybe even something else which they have already done.
