Need a New Signature.

For any Photoshop people's who are good, I would like to make a request for a new signature involving these images.

With this one, I am looking for maybe a glow in front of it like that of a lightsaber preferably a red glow or maybe a Jedi's lightsaber. If not then that is fine. I am also looking for a snow effect that blends in well with the background. Then I would like to go for this image​

For this one, I would like it to have a sort of Hologram type effect if that can be pulled off. And then lastly if it can be done. I would like a few words to go in such as "Kill the Past to become what you are meant to be" If all this can be done I greatly appreciate it please and thank you. ​
