Taeli Raaf
Bookworm

OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
- Intent: To create a final failsafe for captured Sith personnel
- Permissions: N/A
- Primary Source: N/A
PRODUCTION INFORMATION
- Name: MUUR V-25
- Manufacturer: Taeli Raaf, Order of Shadows, Spaarti Creations
- Affiliation: Sith Empire
- Modularity: The type of capsule containing the mutagenic virus can be switched from the common Human tooth to a similar structure in other species
- Production: Limited
- Material: Breakable Medicinal Capsule, Hyper-Accelerated Sith Mutagenic Virus
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Classification: Mutative Virus
- Method of Consumption: Can only be consumed orally due to capsule placement, and generally one capsule is enough to effect transformation/mutation
- Average Life: Indefinitely as of the present
- Nutritional Value/Allergies/Side Effects/ Purpose: As a mutagenic virus meant for captured operatives of the Sith Empire, there is no nutritional value for the substance. Due to the nature of the virus, any sort of allergy would be an odd genetic immunity to the mutations caused by it while side effects would fall under the general purpose of the virus.
SPECIAL FEATURES
- MUUR V-25 can rapidly mutate a subject within moments of breaking the concealed capsule and releasing the virus into the body. Some of the more notable and unique mutations have been recorded by Spaarti scientists and Order of Shadows alchemists:
- Humans/Near-Humans:
- Hands and feet become large claw-like appendages
- Teeth lengthen, especially canines, and jaw strength is increased through enhancement of muscles in face
- Elbows and knees gain bony spur-like spikes, spinal bumps also grow and pierce through subject's skin as additional bone spikes
- Skin color, no matter original hue, lightens while gaining visible black veins
- Rodians:
- The prominent Rodian snout becomes a blood sucking proboscis capable of penetrating flesh through a needle-like tongue
- Fingers gain retractable needle-like claws
- Eyes gain a red color and scales darken
- Mon Calamari:
- The small claws on hands become longer and sharper
- Barbels, if present on a subject, are altered to an anomie-like structures that can sting with a paralytic venom
- Skin becomes an unsettling yellow color with blue-gray veins
- Quarren:
- Facial tentacles lengthen and multiply
- Fingers of the subspecies with suction tips are mutated to draw moisture from a surface or creature
- Side gills/ears emit an unsettling hiss sound when subject breathes
- Anzati:
- Facial proboscis are no longer hidden and have lengthened and multiplied
- Hands and feet become claw-like
- Subjects, due to the degenration of their mind and combination of their natural telepathy, are constantly emitting a psychic scream of agony and rage
- Twi'lek:
- Tips of lekku calcify and gain a horn-like growth
- All teeth lengthen into fangs, fingernails morph into claws
- All skin tones lose pigmentation until subjects gain an ashen gray complexion
- Muun:
- Bodies become almost python-like, likely due to bone structure becoming incredibly flexible
- Sith Pureblood:
- Facial tentacles lengthen and gain an acidic coating
- Claws become more pronounced and jagged, black bone-like spikes grow across the body
- Weequay:
- Facial spikes become more pronounced, curve to allow for better headbutting/goring
- Skin becomes thicker and tougher, while also becoming a sickly green-gray color
- Humans/Near-Humans:
STRENGTHS
- An incredibly powerful mutagenic virus, MUUR V-25 rapidly changes the subject infected with it into a powerful Sithspawn hybrid within mere moments of exposure.
- Enhanced strength, agility, and reflexes are all common mutations of subjects infected with the virus, while more unique mutations are tied to species DNA and altered anatomy (refer to special features)
- While incredibly powerful, the virus is perhaps too potent in its current form. Once the subject has mutated to a static form for roughly half an hour at most, they are almost certainly going to die as their DNA unravels and continues to mutate until nothing is left but organic goo.
- Another fatal flaw in the virus is subjects, once they have infected themselves, will quickly lose all higher brain functions and memories, essentially being reduced to nothing more than feral monster to wreak havoc on their supposed captors until they expire.
DESCRIPTION
At the request of

Dubbed MUUR V-25, the 25th of the Vector series of viral prototypes, the virus that would enter production is an extremely potent mutagen created in part through genetic manipulation of existing rakghoul samples and heavy Sith alchemical alterations. The virus, once it enters a subject's system, piggybacks on adrenaline to spread rapidly through the body. Within moments, the virus will infiltrate cells and begin multiplying and altering the DNA and cellular structure of the host. At 50% cellular saturation, generally achieved in a minute of ingestation, the subject will undergo visible mutations, not unlike those of Sithspawn mutants. At 70% saturation, generally within three minutes of ingestation, the subjects will gain extremely enhanced strength, agility, and reflexes.
At 100% cellular saturation, the transformation will stabilize for a time, having created a powerful hybrid Sithspawn from the original host, although they will be little more than feral creature driven by instinct and bloodloss, their brains regressed by the viral mutations. After thirty or so minutes after ingestation, the subject will resume mutation as viral reproduction within cells becomes too much for the body to handle. Death occurs within moments as cells and DNA unravel, reducing the captured operative into a pile of goo, but not after they have caused chaos among their captors.
