- Reception: A highly-classified datafile only available to the select few within the hierarchy of the Confederacy government, most officials have regarded the report as an external matter that, while providing some interesting leads, is not among the top priorities of the Confederacy. However, the document is much more important within the actual Ministry of Secrets itself, creating a small but dedicated team to monitor the situation which the report describes.
