Designed for the doctors of Al-Khālī, the siths isolated medical and bioweapons research lab. Under the command of Seras Goto they are a mixture of researchers, doctors, surgeons, kidnappers and fighters. BEing clad in armor to protect them in the field and if they encounter jedi. Their main goal is experimentation of the various biological weapons and inoculations that they develop in Al-Khālī the hidden academy. With abilities mirror her own life preservation armor Seras has worked with alchemists to increase the maximum levels of protection in mind.. as well as augmenting their healer abilities... albeit twisted. The look that they have is not iconic of normal doctors and that is on purpose as their goal isn't to go to worlds and heal them they are going there to exploit them and extract what they need be it bodies for experimentation, data on weapons being used or what they have developed and are able to collect massive amount of information. After the alchemical means were used the matter from experimenting on some jedi they found were reverse engineered... programmable matter that could be fitted to their purposes and copied on a smaller scale in the academy itself.
