STRENGTHS
  • Protection and basic medical care
  • Co-pilots can use their own weapons
  • Limited cargo slots containing first-aids kit. Located on the insides of the legs for the soldiers to hide under the vehicle.
  • Antisepsis Field: kills microscopic fungi, mold, bacteria, and spores. Very effective against poisoned soldiers.
  • Healing field: reduces pain and improves healing.
  • High Capacity Shields generator coupled with the armor makes it a vehicle meant to stare-down enemy forces.
  • Spare power cells as an emergency measure. Provides power for the systems to start again when shut down by EMP.
  • Little recharge time on Shockwave Generator.
WEAKNESSES
  • Not space worthy
  • No instantaneous magical healing. The healing is just a morale boost and improving survival chances of those wounded.
  • All ‘fields’ have a limited range of 20 meters around the basilisk. Shields included. Pilot can reduce it at will.
  • Shields can block enemy attack but also attacks from inside of it. Pilot must be careful to handle the shield generators.
  • Big enough to match star-fighters (5 meters tall). It WILL be spotted easily. The healing field generator makes it GLOW blue.
  • Restarting systems takes several seconds.
  • Shockwave generator, shields, Antisepsis and Healing fields, when all used together, will drain the vehicle fairly quickly.

DESCRIPTION
"Killing the enemy is just preventing future damage"
- A wise doctor

Reav Medicine provides scientific and medicinal advancements towards all of living beings. Being a Mandalorian, Zet understand sometimes healing is what is needed, but sometimes a little bit of war can be more useful. And thus, he had an old, ruined Basilisk War Droid to be brought, studied and made ... medical. Only a few were to be made, to not change the focus of the company as a whole, but enough to provide for a few select clients. A symbol of power and destructive capabilities turned into a symbol to lead the soldiers to victory. Much like soldiers of centuries past used to charge waving their flags to inspire the troops this basilisk is meant to be a symbol while charging through the front-lines, to be seen, heard and shot at. All the while commanding the soldiers to charge behind it.

Its shields and medical technologies make it a fitting vehicle to be facing danger head-on. While nothing prevents it from healing mid-flight it needs to be close to the patients/soldiers to continuously apply its field effects so it is far more effective to use Quadrupedal mode. The droid brain was removed, making it purely a combat vehicle, and in its place an enhanced shield generator was installed for prolonged uses, which presents different levels of usefulness based on which type of weaponry allied and enemy forces are using.

Still, Zet insists his company classifies this vehicle as a ‘Front Line Medical Vehicle’ to get around the public's distrust of the average Basilisk War Droid due to events of the past. It's all a PR scam to distract consumers.
