DESCRIPTION

The New Imperial Victory at Dubrillion was a wake up call to the Sith-Imperial Deperatment of Naval Engineering. With the New Imperial Order crushing the Sith Defensive utilizing lighter and faster Corvettes and Cruisers, the Engineers at the Mon Calamari Shipyards were already fast at work, experimenting with various designs to augment the traditional Sith Fleet.

That is until a breakthrough was made. Called the MCS "Devastation" Class Fast Attack Cruiser after the shipyards they were built, this new warship was exemplary in the eyes of the Armada command.

With dozens of missile launchers, Turbolasers, point defense cannons and Ion Cannons, there were only two weaknesses in the ingenious design, one being it's heavy automation, which could doom a warship of the class to cyber attack. The last was more manageable, a lack of fighters.

In the end, a single class was born capable of hit and run attacks and standard fleet engaements
