Making a culture

So, I've been mulling over an idea to create a new culture for the Galaxy. They're mostly human blooded, so I feel there's no point to make a species codex entry. Yet, I want all of the information I've thus far made in my head public and available to people to use, if they do want. Suggestions?

So by culture you mean like in equivalence to RL, Chinese culture/French culture, in which case I might suggest using the groups template if they were organized

Although you said you didn't want to make a species submission, this would be the best way to keep it recorded IMO

Alternatively, you could just begin RPing with that culture and have it expand naturally

Make a Blog about it. Ive done it many times to explain a something that does not quite fit Codex or factory...Or something i dont want judged.

And then go RP it
