The young Sith cast his eyes around.

Whilst he wasn't entirely sure whom had arranged the lesson but he had attended it out of respect. He was certain it was either his master, Srina Talon Srina Talon or his mentor, Darth Malum of House Marr Darth Malum of House Marr but he wasn't certain which of them it was. All he knew was that it had been arranged by someone and that he was to attend and take in some knowledge. He wasn't even entirely sure what the knowledge would be, but he was definitely willing to take it in.

Knowledge was power, that was something that the young boy was learning. The more knowledge he was being given, the more power he was consolidating. The more power that he was consolidating, the stronger he was feeling and the more confident he was feeling. He was starting to slowly figure out the force, it was starting to make more sense in his head.

Levitation and manipulation of objects with the force was one of the first things he'd been taught. He remembered sitting there with Arcturus Dinn Arcturus Dinn on Zaathru, manipulating the rock and using the force to skip it over the lake. They were good memories and good experiences, memories that he was trying not to let his clash with Eloise Dinn Eloise Dinn ruin.

What happened on Myrkr would stay with Zachariah. Everything had felt weird after Myrkr. He'd realised that the Dinn's had basically taken him in as a stray pet and had just kept him around because Acturus wanted to keep him around. The rest of the family never much cared for him, that much had become apparent following his conversation with Eloise Dinn Eloise Dinn on Myrkr.

Shaking his head, he pulled himself together. There was no point dwelling on that. If he dwelled on Myrkr, he would just beat himself up and honestly he didn't have time for that. He could process that in his own time when he didn't have things to do. He was sure he could use it to fuel his hatred, especially considering the anger he'd felt towards Eloise at the time.

Either way, he couldn't dwell. He had a lesson to attend and knowledge to gain.

Obscurial Reliquary, Sadow District, Jutrand
The request from the Empress had come as a pleasant surprise. While they had only spoken briefly a few times, Taeli had respected Srina Talon Srina Talon even when she had been the right-hand of Metus and helped lead his Confederacy. That respect had continued into the modern age as the Empress and as someone that she hoped to forge a deeper alliance with in the future.

Today might be the first step towards that goal.

Admittedly, she was also curious about the young man that Srina was sending to her for education and had apparently taken on as an apprentice. What aspects had caught the Empress' attention in this new initiate to the Sith? She would certainly find out, and while the subject material was open-ended for what the lesson might entail, she would leave it to the apprentice once he arrived on what he might like to learn. Even that would tell her some about his mindset and goals, what path he might look to tread within the paradigms of the Sith. It would all prove to be educational for both of them.

Jutrand was the location of most of his training.

The lesson with Taeli was no different. The young boy had been summoned out to the Sadow District of Jutrand, a district which he had not yet had the pleasure of visiting. Slowly but surely he was beginning to experience more and more of the Ecumenopolis which served as the seat of his grandfather's power and the seat of The Sith Order.

His speeder made for the entrance to the Sadow District, the Gates of Keto. Zachariah noted the clear Jutrand influence on them but there was other influences that were lost on the boy. He was starting to become more well travelled but he wasn't quite there yet. He had to admit, The Sith Statues that lined the Gates of Keto were a nice touch.

Continuing on through the Sadow District, they shot past the residential and commercial block that the speeder pilot noted was known as Zannah Falls. The young boy wondered what he would have to do to earn a house in the area, for it was a stunning residential space with an incredible lake that the young boy had to assume was artificially crafted.

Their end location had been fairly obvious since the speeder had crossed through the Gates of Keto into the Sadow District. The obvious central feature of the district, towers standing at an impressive height. Again Zachariah had asked the speeder pilot (speeder driver? The young Sith would never know) and again the pilot had confirmed it was named The Obscurial Reliquary.

Zachariah had almost been hoping that the speeder pilot would give the full tour of the Sadow District. It was entirely different to the districts and locations of Jutrand that he was used to seeing, but in a good way. It was a more diverse district and it was one that Zachariah would certainly spend more of his own time exploring when he wasn't due to be meeting a tutor.

Eventually, the speeder came to a stop at the base of the towers known as The Obscurial Reliquary. Making his way inside, Zachariah was shown up through the towers. He assumed it would be one person who showed him to his end location, but it was actually by a few different people. One of those people was patient enough and explained that The Obscurial Reliquary served as both the admistrative centre for the Sandow District and also served as the sphere for Research and Science.

Arriving at his end destination, he was left by his guide and told to knock when ready. He took a few moments to compose himself, ensuring his dark robes were pristine and that his lightsaber was at his hip. He wouldn't need the weapon, but it was nice to have to hand just in case. The Sith were, as was their nature, a little bit backstabby.

Knocking, he slid into the room quietly and bowed. "M'lady"
