+ Range + Even at a widely produced scale, the weapon boasts a healthy long range capability to operate on the battlefield in a number of roles.
+ Punch + A few modifications versus a standard blaster rifle, while shifting the focus to a hyper ionized system, grant this weapon more bite against shields and droids. Organics still feel the punch, though not as much as the former two.
- Heavy - While not the most ideal weapon to be caught flat footed, the weight is surprising for the unexpecting.
- Clip - The power cell is expended at 30 rounds, while the tibanna gas cartridges are spent at 450 rounds. Can run through 15 power cells before needing to replace the tibanna cartridge. Replacing the tibanna cartridges requires the weapon be opened completely via a latch and twist system just forward the trigger guard. The assembly slides out allowing the replacement of cartridge's.
Another item provided by the Cull clan to Niki Priddy, the original design was never so in depth to include the optional scopes, being modifications that were added to each warriors specifications and preferences. The use of heavier materials to subdue the recoil does hurt the weapon for weight, but also alleviates some of the shoulder strain from discharging the firearm. With a robust heat management system, fair balance, and stock with a decent scope system, there is little more to ask for from something readily available on the market.
