Hey guys I need some feedback as well as a second opinion on bringing Luke Skywalker as a Force Ghost. Please reply to this so that I can get some feedback

Arelmar Garmer - your allowed to rp lukes ghost as a non player character (NPC) but not an actual character(a PC). Its been done with alot of canon characters, mostly sith spirits to my knowledge. You wont need to sub him through codex either cuz he is canon. So go nuts and dont let someone tell you that you cant.

To the best of my knowledge Dr. Xris 's interpretation is indeed correct. You can have Canon characters as NPC's (if it makes sense as Force ghosts or Holocron gatekeepters do). That being said, you cannot play a PC (player character) that is Canon.
