Private Lost and Alone on Vile Streets (Leehak Tano-Bonteri)

The holocron lifted and opened, and a young human boy no more than ten or eleven appeared. " Riku Anima , my name is Ashaa Lux Tano-Bonteri. I am the youngest son of Ahsoka Tano and Lux Bonteri. By the time you see this, I will have been dead for several centuries. You are strong in the Force. Like me, you often see the past, present, and future. I often see the future, while you see the past. Our abilities have similar origins: we have a close connection to a place known as the World Between Worlds. My Force-guide, Wenellin—" he nodded to a womprat next to him, "has told me that with time I may be able to open a portal there on my own. I know that I will die before then, but I do not know how to open such a portal. If you do, do not interfere with anything. Only watch and observe."

 

[Riku Anima]

Riku listened to the young boy. He spoke of things that had yet to come or that had already happened yet none of it made sense to her. "A world between worlds a place devoid of time and space where all things are possible and one small change would be a crushing wave of repercussions." She said absentmindedly then set the Holocron on the bed. "I take it you knew I needed to see that since you found me?"

Riku sat there and plucked at the strands that were about but they all came back to her weaving around her like a ball of yarn. she happened to pluck at Leehak's and he felt a strange sensation as if the force had temporarily be disrupted within him once the thread stabilized again everything felt normal. the orbs were slowing in frequency and becoming more swirling white and black orbs that just faded out as did the strands.

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

"I didn't know that was there. The holocron responded to your Force-signature, and it turns out that he knew you would open it and that you would need to hear that."

 

[Riku Anima]

"So he took a gamble on a vision he saw and recorded a message for someone who didn't know for sure if they would exist?" She asked the manifestation of the strings slowly faded. "Why do I see strands of thread going from multiple points but they all seem to converge around me surrounding me. " the world between a place of neither light nor dark time or space" she looked back at the Holocron. "A place outside of existence? that effects all living things both past present and future?" she was seeming to be asking it questions

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

"His visions always came true, but he was wise enough to know that the future is always in motion." Leehak said, opening the holocron as Riku Anima asked her questions.
"Some things are beyond our understanding," the gatekeeper, Ahsoka Tano, said. "I don't understand it any more than you do."

 

[Riku Anima]

Riku stared at the image and shook her head. "You are hiding more than what you wish to share. I will find your secrets all of them." she got out and the IV just ripped out and she didn't even flinch. "you said we would train is the Holocron part of that training?"

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

Leehak shook his head, gently guiding her back and putting the IV back in. "The holocron never lies. And no, it's not part of your training."

 

[Riku Anima]

Riku looked at him when he came to get her back to the bed. She thought about arguing since she felt fine but just because she felt fine didn't mean she was. Sitting in the bed she looked at him. "So when do I get to go do something aside from lay here and being kept under lock and key?"

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

"You are not under lock and key." Leehak said sternly, yet kindly. "You are on bedrest until you heal."

 

[Riku Anima]

Riku sighed and closed her eyes. "Fine then I will meditate tell that time. unless you have something to teach." she seemed annoyed at being stuck in bed since as far as she was concerned she was fine not realizing how badly she had been hurt.

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

Leehak nodded. "Is there something in particular that you want to learn?"

 

[Riku Anima]

"I've been taught how to focus and feel the force and see it but I'm looking to learn to control it so I'm not a wild destructive cannon and so I don't end up possibly causing these things I have seen in my nightmares I cant even call them dreams."

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

"Controlling your abilities is a matter of focus for the most part. For instance, I would often send plants growing wildly and drain my energy without thinking."

 

[Riku Anima]

"Then I guess the question is what can you teach me while I'm stuck in bed?" she asked and ran her fingers through her blue hair looking at him

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

"If you wish, I can bring a few of the potted plants over and teach you some of that." Leehak said. "I know it sounds boring, but it's better than just laying around."

 

[Riku Anima]

Riku looked at him and nodded. "Baby steps right?" she asked though what more could she learn being stuck in bed then again she didn't really know where to start she had next to nothing and no understanding. So basics were good she guessed and leaned against the wall.

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

Leehak smiled and nodded. "Baby steps. Give me a moment," he stood and left the room, returning with two pots containing marg sabl plants.

 

[Riku Anima]

she looked at the plants and focused on them and she saw the strings again and she gripped one of them and twisted jerking it from the one plant that instantly withered and died. "Umm... What did I just do?"

 

[Leehak Tano-Bonteri]

"How did you see it? It will be easier for me to explain what happened if I understand how you perceive the Force."

 

[Riku Anima]

"Well, they are kinda like threads all coming towards me and weaving around me like a ball of yarn all I did was pull on one."
