Aspiring Jedi
I'd agree - just as the Jedi use 'Master' to refer to any higher-ranking/higher-placed Jedi, so to do the Sith use 'My Lord'. So occasionally it's as much an honorary title as one with real substance behind it.
The Dark Lord doesn't always give every Sith their Darth title, and when it does its an extremely rare case.Dar Moraal said:In IC When I become a knight how does the whole dark lord gives me title and name thing work?
He made Vornskr cry blood.Darth Ophidia said:For the Dark Lord to come in and give the name is quite special. They say his voice tears eardrums apart by the molecule; his sight boils your blood in the vein and peels flesh from bone. If he sent his thoughts into one's head, they may become catatonic as their feeble minds cannot comprehend the power he holds.
And he was already powerful. I'd think a newly appointed knight would tear himself limb from limb in a maddened frenzy.Darth Vornskr said:He made Vornskr cry blood.
