Well we could potentially do something as a past event as well. He wandered around for quite some time before assuming his new position. And even now he usually isn't all that far from some kind of...liquid entertainment. Possinly we bump into each other there.

Ah, the Draelvasier are militant. Essentially a terrorist faction lead by Tathra comprised of one species, aka The Bryn'adûl. He doesn't partake of drink typically, but a social interaction wouldn't be a pleasant one. We'd have to think of something that allows dialogue but also, means Tathra can't reach/kill Sentus.

Perhaps a small cell of the Draeslavier have wandered too close to Zakuul and get drawn into a battle with Sentus. Perhaps you then arrive to help them and a dialogue ensues before we get down to business.
