Since I am branching out with an Empire character this time; I figured it was time to begin looking for threads with other people within the community. Kallonic here is the Chief Inspector of the Imperial Inspectorate which means he is the head of said agency within the vast bureaucracy of the Empire. Although not considerably powerful compared to the ISB and COMPNOR. It does have some semblance of authority when it comes to investigations. Although considerably old at this time; he still takes initiative to investigate crimes himself.
