First off, welcome to Chaos and all that, hope you enjoy your stay here. You might want to write up your character's bio, link it in your profile, change your avatar, pick some flair and all that.

That's a sizable write up my good fellow, you might want to give people a summary so they know the gist of what your faction is about. I can tell you however that showing up on the board and declaring almost everyone else your enemy rarely works. I recommend you take it slow, build your member base (if people take a fancy to your idea) and get a feel for your faction and Chaos in general before attempting such a thing.
