He does not like to do bad things, but is willing to do them when necessary "For the greater good" or because he needs something from someone. (there is a thread where he literally screws someone up because they wont give him the information he needs. So I think the two would get along fine, but might have some moral fights over what will/may happen.

I don't think we'd be very good as companions, you and I. While I'm calculating and act in ways that do not generally have an immediate positive outcome, you are more for the "now" than the "later". Though I suppose a constantly bickering duo is more fun than two cohesive companions who constantly talk, act, walk, and think the same.

Unfortunately, I seem to be preoccupied with about three or four different companions who all want me.
