STRENGTHS
- Masterwork: Made by a highly skilled Mandalorian Goran or Beskarsmith, this suit of armor offers exceedingly good protection from slugs, blasters, blades and even lightsabers wielded by the ancient foes of the Mandalorians, but is still vulnerable to Sonic, and Ion/EMP
- The Nature of War: Because of the very nature of Mandalorian Armor, this armor is highly versatile and adaptable
- Shocking: One cannot make an armor that can do it all, and in this case the armor for Talohn had to sacrifice protection from EMP/Ion energy for elsewhere
- LOUD NOISES: Though some dampening exists, mainly for firearm noises and general warfare, actual sonic grenades or weapons will easily overpower such features, thus the armor having a weakness to such
- It is what it is: This is beskar. Not phrik. Not songsteel. It is a rather dense and heavy metal, and armor made from it may not be exceedingly hefty, but it will rarely be called light.
DESCRIPTION
A suit made by request and consultation with goran Obran, by @Talohn of the Enclave. Care was taken to match suit to fighting style, and even reflect the proud heritage and fighting styles of the people the new recruit to the Mando’ade was from.
For a sophomore effort in building a fully encompassing armor by the promising smith, this shows a talent and drive for full suits that had before hand only been shown in individual armor pieces and weapons.
This suit also marks the beginning of a great and enduring friendship between the two creators, a bond of fraternity not soon broken.
