- Appearance: Smallish, rather regal looking Loth-cat. The feline has black and white fur with a bushy black tail. Kuro has the standard razor sharp claws and teeth of any wild Loth-cat despite coming from a domesticated strain.

- Notable Possessions: Food bowl, collar, and the co-pilots chair of any ship he's on.
- Personality: If Loth-cats had the potential to be sarcastic, Kuro would certainly fit the bill. Being a youngish Loth-cat, Kuro is marching to the beat of his own drum and often looks to his owner as if the young man is nothing but a peasant beneath his paws. Kuro can be quite playful and curious, spending most of his days exploring whatever vessel he is own and causing general mischief. When not terrorizing his owner, Kuro finds small places to hide away and sleep, no matter how inconvenient the location.
- Training: Train a Loth-cat? Yeah, right.
- Combat Function: Loth-cats have been known to maul when cornered. With razor sharp teeth and claws, Kuro can scrap on his own if needed. However, his small size and limited abilities often make him more of a liability than an asset.
- Force Abilities (Force User Companions Only): N/A
- Listener : Kuro is excellent at listening to whatever the situation is ; girl trouble, business dealings, ore identification and more. Kuro is always silently judging his owner when presented these issues, wondering how the young man ever got along without him before coming into his possession.
- Pest Control : Keeps the vessel and whatever building he is in pest free. If its small and roaming on four or more legs, Kuro has it handled.
- Liability : Small and relatively cute, Kuro has basically zero combat value.
- Combative : Kuro has been known to bite business associates and workers. If the situation is already delicate and needing nuance, best keep Kuro away until the ink is dry.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After Makai's much loved loth-cat Koa died, the young man waited until graduating university before gaining another into his possession. Heading to the same breeder in the Mid-Rim where he had gotten Koa, Makai quickly picked Kuro due to his antics and attitude. Being young, Kuro struggles to learn the ins-and-outs of living as a companion pet on a working vessel. Many days he looks on out the viewport, waiting for the moment the ramp is let down to run off and explore planet side. While the pet can be annoying, he is an invaluable companion and source of entertainment during travels.
Typically he lives wherever his owner travels to. As long as his food bowl is full and there is somewhere to sleep, life is good for the Loth-cat.
