  • Appearance: A Falleen of average height and build, Korrit displayed a desire for wealth and power but maintained his species' proclivity of self-control. His typical attire is a violet short-cloak and matching kamas, with a black silk tunic and trouser pair covered by brilliant reflective scale armor over his torso and arms. A belt of black leather is cinched around his waist, and a pair of black leather gloves augmented with durasteel plates cover both of his hands and feet.

    The only jewelry he routinely wears is a brooch resembling a humanoid skull with a crown of red and purple feathers jutting out of its crown, though he has been known to wear necklaces and earrings of considerable opulence.

    His facial hair is meticulously styled in the form of a Fu Manchu and soul patch combo, while the sparing hair on his scalp is tied back in a short ponytail.

[*]Personality: Nimble in the arena of politics and power-jockeying, Korrit is quick-thinking but struggles to see things outside of his own perspective. For those things within his sight, he is excessively perfectionist and possesses a strong motivation to further his own career and expand his influence within the Empire's power structure. In that same vein, Korrit is effective, focused, and organized in everything he does, especially when it comes to his occupation as Grand Vizier.

Typically at the center of attention in whatever environment he occupies, Korrit is a forceful extrovert always seeking to ensorcell others into his web of manipulation and coercion. To those that fall on his bad side, he is unfair and remorseless and will not flinch at stooping to any low to rid himself of his political adversaries.

By being surrounded by merciless Sith and bureaucrats, he's lost touch in taking the feelings of other individuals into account in his actions.

[*]Combat Function: While not primarily a combatant, Korrit was instructed in the art of Teräs Käsi by the Sith Emperor himself and has incorporated many technological advances to enhance his combative skills. His gloves are inlaid with webbed lacing that can deliver a powerful electrical shock on contact with a surface, allowing him to shock any enemy if he can get his hands on them. He's also learned how to throw an energy bola to trip people up, allowing him to either escape or get in close to grab them.

But he doesn't commit himself to a fight if he can avoid it, all of his combative skills are geared towards surviving long enough to either escape or wait until reinforcements arrive. The reflective armor he wears over his silk clothes is not designed to withstand significant energy or kinetic impact.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Korrit Zuthrix was born into a wealthy family on his homeworld of Falleen in the year 781 ABY, and from a young age was tutored in mathematics, science, physics, rhetoric, philosophy, and other studies becoming of a burgeoning heir of nobility.

However, he quickly grew interested in politics and yearned to mold his life around the intrigue and cutthroat nature of his world's political atmosphere. He joined many political parties over the course of his time on Falleen, eventually abandoning each and every one of them after becoming frustrated with their inability to suit his desires.

He became a radical, touring the inner systems of the galaxy on the hunt for an ideology that would fit his ruthless personality. In doing so he funded many extremist groups seeking to up-end the status quo on several worlds, but each of these ventures ended in failure and brief stints in planetary prisons before he was able to pay his way out of incarceration.

True meaning was eventually found when the One Sith emerged from the Deep Core to ravage the Republic, taking several key systems and cutting the Republic in half in the process. The Imperials enticed Korrit, and he quickly rallied to their cause and began funding several pro-Sith insurgent groups within the dwindling Republic territory. His activities quickly drew the interest of Darth Vornskr, who took him under his wing and tutored him in the Teräs Käsi martial arts to defend himself.

When the One Sith inevitably collapsed under its own weight, Korrit trailed alongside Darth Vornskr, now renamed Darth Carnifex, to the Tingel Arm to reestablish the Sith Empire in his own image. Korrit managed to accumulate a great deal of power during the formation of the Empire, and his skills afforded him the high honor of Grand Vizier to the Sith Emperor.

Though he had reached the pinnacle of power that he could obtain within the Empire, Korrit's ambition never allowed him to remain content with his station for long.
