A rather strange request but was given out for the purpose required. Haon Hafey personally created the man known as Kishimoto one of the most dangerous hats that could be devised. Made of Songsteel, embedded on the brim with tiny fragments of Voidstone and covered in Ronto Leather, it was considered one of the highest in class given. A battery cell was built into the band of the hat itself, allowing it to be used several times in succession before requiring a recharge. Once thrown, the hat spins and vibrates at an extremely high frequency to cut through almost every form of object and flesh that it comes into contact with, its range only by how far the person is able to throw the hat.
When given, it was unknown how long the hat would last for but judging by the leather and if upkept, it be good for several years.
