SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Helmet: The sturdy helmet features advanced systems such as a Heads Up Display, a Rebreather, a Flash Visor with integrated Electrobinoculars, and a fairly sophisticated Comm-Unit with integrated Booster and Scrambler.
  • Environmental Systems: Various systems such as temperature control and even small oxygen storage ensures that the Trooper armor can be used as effectively as possible in almost any environment. It can even be used, albeit not nearly as effective as a dedicated spacesuit, in space provided that one is also outfitted with additional air tanks and some method of omnidirectional motion.
  • Insulated Body Suit and sealed Armor: In addition to the environmental systems the entire armor is sealed and the bodysuit underneath insulated in order to keep out even the most aggressive of elements.
STRENGTHS
  • Neither Bolt nor Storm: The Trooper armor is specialized for two very particular roles and types of defense. Environmental, allowing its wearers to operate even in the vacuum of space with only minor modifications, and overall battlefield protection. Most blaster bolts, shrapnel, and kinetic projectiles used by infantry and even some lighter vehicles have a very hard time piercing the armor in all but a few key weak spots that are left less armored to make movement easier.
  • Built to Serve: Every individual piece of the armor has been carefully crafted and built in order to make them as efficient and seamless as possible. From the advanced internal systems that allow for service in a wide variety of environments to the advanced helmet that ensures even a fresh recruit can be given all the necessary tactical information available, the Trooper armor was made with one purpose in mind. To protect and serve.
WEAKNESSES
  • Protection over Mobility: Although the armor has been lightened in some places and some slightly lighter materials have been used in areas meant for more flexibility, overall the Trooper armor is clearly made for protection first and foremost at the cost of mobility and flexibility. It takes considerable training to accomplish sprinting in it, with most first time users only able to manage a brisk jog at best.
  • Sparks: Due to how the armor is constructed it is very susceptible to electricity and EMP/Ion weaponry. The systems within the suit can be overloaded fairly easily causing it to lose additional functionality, which depending on how heavily said additional functionality is being relied upon for environmental protection could make a simple shot from an Ion blaster into a fatal hit. Electricity has little to no issue coursing through the armor as well which makes any short circuits or direct hits from strong sparks or other electrical sources very problematic even if they don't disable any internal systems.
DESCRIPTION
As the Kerstas Legionnaire Armor was in the process of being reworked and updated, the engineers and military leaders of the Order of Wonosa kept expressing their frustration with the Legionnaire armor not offering enough protection. It was mobile, easy to manufacture, and served well enough but most military grade weaponry had little issue punching a hole into even the most armored sections of the Legionnaire Armor. While the armor would not be retired nor replaced entirely the calls for a dedicated battle armor that could withstand battlefield conditions properly did not go ignored by Alisteri Haxim.

Using armor gathered from both the Sith Order and the various criminal groups that had fallen at the hands of Wonosa, not to mention the stores of armor from the old Sith Empire that had been reclaimed and salvaged from hidden depots and supply caches during the Ouroboros Crisis, the engineers would develop the Trooper Armor. It was heavy and took quite a fair bit of training to be able to use effectively but the armor practically advertised itself.

Most handheld weaponry and grenades barely fazed the armor and the advanced systems within allowed for complete functionality in almost any environment that it could be put to use in, not to mention the advanced helmet configuration allowed for a near total tactical understanding to be offered at any and all times through efficient and unified communication and information systems. Specialized modules could also be made for the armor, a design practice that had been picked up during the redesign of the Legionnaire Armor, that would boost the efficiency and specialty of it even further.
