Born on Mantooine, Katyusha Jarko was born to a pair of scavengers under the heel of the Sith Empire. While not entirely 'loyal' to the Empire, her parents were willing to give what was asked of them for their Sith oppressors. That was until their daughter was found to be force sensitive. Katyusha was taken in for training at a young age, being only soxat the time of her taking, right when the Imperial Civil War began to truly take off. Her parents were killed shortly there after as a means to keep order by their Sith rulers. Learning later of her parents death, and struggling under the strain of her Sith training Katyusha staged a mutiny onboard her transport while en-route to put down an uprising with fellow trainees, allowing her to escape. From the young age of ten, she partook in acts of terrorism, working with resistance cells as a child to oppose the Sith Empire, until shew was finally allowed to join the Imperial Army at the age of eighteen.
Her first deployment, saw her sent to Dantooine, and it was in the midst of that mayhem that her force abilities allowed her to survive, but caught the notice of her superiors. Towards the end of her deployment, she was critically injured by shrapnel, costing her her eye in the process. Though she would have it replaced with a cybernetic, she was put on notice for her latent abilities. With the rise of Emperor Fel, she was selected to become a member of the Imperial Knights, and seeing little merit in remaining as a Stormtrooper, she accepted. Her wide range of skills in sabotage, languages, and force abilities, saw her being used as a spy for the will of the NIO. Using armor from former Sons of Mandalore members, Katyusha offers her services as a highly specialized mercenary, and keeps eyes and ears open for plots that might threaten her new empire.
