Built off the CRP-01 Rim pistol, the CRC-01 revolver carbine is a rifle platform that uses cartridges, allowing it to fire like multiple weapons. Being more stable, and having a longer barrel than a Rim, the carbine is capable of shooting further, and with less noticeable recoil. Along with that, it possesses damage potential and multiple ammo types of the Rim pistols. This has begun to make it a popular option for snipers, with them often adding a scope attachment.
On the flip side, the CRC-01 still has has it's downsides. The weapon mostly follows it's pistol brother on this, having limited ammo capacity and slower reloading.
