Kandosii Manda bears the face of an old genetic template used by the Kaminoans centuries ago during the Clone Wars, based on the genetic template of Jango Fett, a renowned bounty hunter at the time. Kandosii despite being a clone of Jango Fett had several mutations that set him apart from his brothers, most notably his larger size and weight. He was easily recognizable amongst his team as a result of his larger mass.
Kandosii's body is covered with burn scars from injuries obtained throughout his military career as an elite ARC trooper during the Clone Wars, battle scars that he would show off proudly to attest to his near tank like and indomitable personality. The most prominent of his injuries is manifested in the form of a cybernetic left hand and roughly half of his left forearm, received after having obtained a lightsaber injury from an encounter with General Grievous. His armor retains a number of blaster marks on it as well as a number of tally marks scratched on his helmet to represent the number of his deployments.
Kandosii has a buzzcut style of hair with patterns shaved into the side along with his digits, with a light bit of facial stubble growing around his chin to keep a gruff appearance rather than the usual clean-shaven appearance of most clone troopers. His facial features are identical to that of most Fett Clones with the exception of lighter colored eyes.
Over the course of the Clone Wars, Kandosii has worn and altered his appearance a number of times. When he was first deployed, he bore the standard Phase 1 Clone Trooper helmet, with blue colors to distinguish him as an ARC trooper, slowly shifting over to a standard heavy gunner's helmet. Sometime later he would shift over to a red colored variant of that helmet that featured fangs like that of a Nexu cat, symbolic of him tearing droids apart.
Kandosii's armor, for the most part, has been kept the same throughout the entirety of the Clone Wars. He kept his typical heavy gunner styled helmet all the way until Team Clawbird was disbanded, taking up a Phase II clone trooper helmet with a commander styled variant when he transitioned into becoming a Clone Commander under the command of a Jedi General. His standard set of armor by the end of the Clone Wars was a gray colored set of armor, shoulder pauldron, kama as well as a large power pack.

Since the start of the Clone Wars, Kandosii's personality for all intents and purposes is that of a joker. He enjoys cracking humor even in the direst of circumstances to alleviate the grim reality of battle and boost morale for those around him. He was even said to be the 'soul' of his former unit by his brother and leader, Aay'han, having the most spirit out of all of the ARC troopers that made up Clawbird Squad. No matter the situation, Kandosii always found a way to keep his head held up high.
Throughout the Clone Wars, his personality has remained fairly consistent and upbeat, even through some of their more darker deployments. He was known to be reckless and headstrong amongst his brothers, but always one that could be counted on to do his part for the squad. Kandosii was a lot laxer as far as discipline while on duty went, taking on a more care-free approach while on the job. It has gotten him in trouble on several occasions but never caused a serious infraction. It was only until Order 66 came about that his personality had shifted.
By the time Clawbird had been disbanded and its members scattered throughout the Galaxy to take up different positions. When Kandosii was assigned as the commander under a Jedi General, he became a bit more uptight and disciplined, and his attitude became slightly more serious, though he would occasionally crack a joke for old time's sake whenever he could to keep up the morale of his men, many of whom respected every decision he made.
When the Order to execute the Jedi was given, Kandosii lost a lot of loyal men who disobeyed the order, and when he went rogue had adopted a rather vengeful personality against the Galactic Empire that took power after the fall of the Republic. He still holds his sense of humor, but it has become significantly grimmer since he watched his brothers turn on one another from an order he did not approve of.

Kandosii Manda's name translates directly to Indomitable Mandalorian Spirit. His will and mind have never been broken, nor does he ever intend to be broken to maintain the strong supporting pillar he was to his team during the Clone Wars. He has the heart and soul of a true warrior, proud of his heritage and his life as a soldier.

Kandosii is as stubborn as he is resilient, which is to say extremely. He has kept to his ideals of protecting the innocent even when it's at his expense. He will put himself in harm's way even if it means thrusting himself into the line of fire to cover for those he is protecting. As a result of this, his behavioral patterns are extremely readable.
+Heavy Weapons Guy+
Kandosii's expertise in the field of heavy weapons is second to none. He is capable of wielding and using any standard issue weapon but especially heavy weapons such as rotary cannons with attached battery backpacks. He is excellent at laying down oppressive fields of fire once his gun gets up to speed and strikes fear into his enemies.

Kandossi over the years of combat has developed a dull reception to pain. More often than not while he is out on the frontlines with guns blazing he shrugs off injuries as the adrenaline is rushing through his system. However, he typically sustains a number of injuries that come back to bite him in the rear as the adrenaline dies down, typically leaving him vulnerable till he is patched back up.
+Peak Performance+
Being cloned from Jango Fett already makes Kandosii an excellent specimen that is able to function at peak performance as expected of both the former best bounty hunter and an ARC trooper. Also given that his physique is considerably larger than the average clone trooper makes him extremely well suited for brawling and carrying a heavier weight. His training as an ARC trooper gave him the best training any soldier or combatant could receive and is a force to be reckoned with on his own. He also has a much stronger left hand because of its cybernetic nature.

KM-813 'Scrapper' Cannon
A prototype rotary cannon based off a design he had stolen during the early days of the Galactic Empire. He named the weapon after his old Clone nickname as well as his digits and had it fabricated to suit modern times. Now he wields it as his signature weapon on the field, reminding himself of how he had recieved his nickname and the joys of using a rotary cannon.
Backstory
ARC-0813 was bred and trained in Tipoca City, Kamino before the start of the Clone Wars. He and several other Clone Troopers had been selected to form an elite squad of ARC troopers, designation Clawbird. ARC-0813 was the designated heavy weapons unit within this squad and as he and his team went on deployments together quickly gained the nickname Scrapper, for the trail of droid carnage he left behind, usually in pieces. Scrapper as he would be called for the entirety of the Clone Wars, was cloned from the genetic template of Jango Fett, though he possessed several mutations that set him apart. Despite the Kaminoan's being perfectionists, it was his mutations that made him larger and stronger than the average clone trooper that kept him from being cast aside as a defect. Scrapper would go on to develop a close relationship with his brothers in Clawbird. He never saw them as anything less than family and did his best to treat them as such with his over-enthusiastic personality.

Throughout the Clone Wars, Clawbird was assigned a number of special ops to carry out, primarily specializing in diving deep into enemy territory and sabotaging infrastructures as well as supporting the Clone armies across the galaxy. They were extremely effective and efficient in what they did, and did so with minimal casualties. Scrapper was always quick to be the first one into battle, typically with his Z-6 rotary cannon ablaze and tearing the enemy lines asunder while his team followed behind him. He had gained a reputation for being one of the most reckless and bold out of his brothers, with perhaps Doubles a close second to him with how he was around explosives.

Scrapper often took it upon himself to provide comedic relief for his brothers, always trying to keep things light, and for the most part his brothers put up with his antiques. They knew and played to each other's strengths well, and it made them incredibly efficient and capable of relying on each other like stones balanced on top one another. While Scrapper was always seemed to shoot first and ask questions later, he did show reserved intelligence from time to time as he was able to spot subtle hints that others might have missed out on. He was just as capable of committing a silent takedown as he was being the biggest, loudest distraction ever.

During the waning years of the Clone Wars, Clawbird was disbanded and its members scattered across the Galaxy to take on different posts. Scrapper had become a commander for a Jedi General, and his tactics, as well as leadership, earned him the loyalty of his men and the respect of the Jedi he served under. Those that respected Scrapper the most came from Alpha Company of the 832nd Assault Division, a loyalty that carried through in disobeying Order 66 once it was given. Scrapper became extremely close to the Jedi General after seeing their willingness to put themselves at risk to protect him and his men, much like Scrapper frequently does, especially with Alpha Company.

While Alpha Company disobeyed Order 66 at the request of Scrapper, this did not apply to the other companies that were engaging the CIS on a bridge. Alpha Company's defiance of the order had led to their valiant deaths as they assisted in allowing the Jedi General and Scrapper to escape, only a few members of the company surviving to escape into the Outer Rim with Scrapper. Scrapper had dedicated the last remaining men of Alpha Company to the protection of the Jedi General and shortly parted ways with them, never to see them again.

While Scrapper had successfully prevented the death of the Jedi General he fled with, his discovery of what had become of the Republic and the rest of the Clones soon changed everything he was. Once the Galactic Empire took over power, Scrapper left behind his name and title, taking up the name Kandosii Manda to honor the heritage he drew from and respected, and became a freedom fighter, undermining the Galactic Empire's rule. He evaded the grasp of the Empire while installing rebel sleeper cells across the system in the hopes that his training of them in guerrilla warfare tactics would one day be of use to rebel against the Empire.

By the time the Empire was in full swing, Kandosii was branded as a terrorist and summarily hunted across the Galaxy. He had established himself as an independent freedom fighter, whose tactics and methods were similar to that of Saw Gerrera. It was only a matter of time until a bounty hunter had finally come to collect. Though Kandosii had put up a valiant fight, he was subsequently defeated and frozen in carbonite. However, en route to being handed over to the Empire, the vessel that held him was intercepted and crashed before leaving orbit. Miraculously his prison survived, and he lay frozen in time for centuries until he would find himself stumbled upon by a face he thought he'd never see.
