The Asari always struck me as quite oppressive in their own way. The Justicar’s fixed rules leave nothing to interpretation which means that circumstances are never taken into account.
I am glad though that Bioware took time to actually develop a proper, separate society though. Rather than just ‘blue humans’ like happened in most Star Trek episodes.

I'll be honest. In the past I once tried making an rp board that involved cross dimensional wormholes and time travel conundrum to bring together Star Wars, Star Trek, Battlestar, Stargate, Firefly, Babylon 5, Andromeda, Farscape and a few other Sci Fi series....
It failed horribly because I couldn't get pass a means to level and equalize the vast array of weapons.
