SPECIAL FEATURES
  • High ammunition capacity means it requires few reloads, but it is noticeably heavy as a result.
  • Custom design, fully organic material means it is visually and technologically distinct. As such, it is entirely incompatible with anything not of Sylva Vitae make.

    • Big, heavy, and entirely organic. 16 hours minimum for a full recharge (more if the weapon is damaged).
  • Organic design
    • Unshielded, entirely organic, makes it entirely weak to other weaponry. While it can regenerate, it can still be broken, and faster than standard durasteel weaponry.
DESCRIPTION
The "Jewelseed" is a heavy weapon, with a variety of capabilities depending on the need in battle. It can function as a slugthrower shotgun with medium range, a plasma shotgun with similar range, or a flechette launcher with slightly increased range. The hefty recoil of the weapon is partially offset with its weight, but its strengths are mitigated with the fact that it is entirely incompatible with the tech of the galaxy at large. Slow recharge times, lengthy repair times, and ammunition entirely specific to SV, makes it a particularly proprietary piece of biotech.

It's 'chunky' - it's a shotgun, it's supposed to be. Big thumping power in a handheld package. There are shotguns that can do it better, there are shotguns that can do it lighter. This one is entirely organic, and is the first in the line of Sylva Vitae products to hit his shelf. It is a promise of what is to come.

Hi there, I will be the judge for this submission.

Right so the balance for this has taken me a little while to figure out but

Your GS against armor is 5 under balance, against Organics is 3 under balance. Your ER is 3 under balance. Your FR is two under against armor and 1 under for organics.
