OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
  • Intent: Sub the planet I’m current warlording because I think I can flesh out a little more about it and make it a fun place to rp. :)
  • Canon: JanFathal
  • Permissions: N/A
  • Links: New Imperial Order.
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Planet Name: JanFathal.
  • Demonym: Fathalis.
  • Region: Unknown Regions.
  • System Name: Fath System, or the Little Kingdom Sector.
  • System Features:
  • Jan the Sun: Also known as Arien-1. A yellow dwarf which serves as the center of the system, it supplies life and energy to the planets.
  • Metallum (Celestial Body I): The planet closest to the sun, Originally called JanTartus, the planet now known as Metallum is a volcanic land ever engulfed in hellish flames. Ruled by two different species, the planet is the site for many mineral resourcing and has become mostly a industrial planet filled with factories. The planet is very rich in diamonds, obisidian, dragite crystals, incineration crystals, katak crystals and the famous lava crystal. Metallum has no moons.
  • JanFathal: (Celestial Body II): The system's seat of power, and major source of both population, resources and wealth. Off planet, it is less a place for tourism and more making a life for one's self, for the planet is famous for being a place to earn a fortune if one has the stomach for it. The planet itself has an orbital period of 401 days and a rotational period of 30 hours. Considered pleasing in temperature, many have found a life with its generally standard features and beautiful landscape; JanFathal has proven to be a dreamland for most.
THE FIVE JANS (Celestial Body II.I):

JanDallben:
The closest one to the planet, JanDallben was once a place covered by thick woods and strong rivers. Due to industrialization and reurbanization during the most recent events, the moon has become the population center of the entire working population on the planet. Its cities and ports sharing space with its rivers and cities. The moon now holds 50% of the human population of the system, its capital is the city of Hammerhorn, it is, much like the other moons, governed by the one who retains the title of Master of JanDallben.

JanOrddu: Sharing room with JanDallben, the moon of JanOrduu travels side by side with her, equal in size and life, but not covered by thick woods like her sister, instead being covered by green fields and lakes, its landscapes taken by huge farms. This moon provides food for the planet and her brothers, its scarcely populated by humans, mostly occupied by droids. Its capital is the trading city of Pebbleton.

JanOrwen: Staying behind her two brothers made JanOrwen a darker place. A moon mostly covered by raging seas and powerful storms, JanOrwen has vast stretches of land with verdant forests, swamps and stony shores. The moon is surrounded by recently built shipyards, where most of its population works, it mooon is the site of many facilities floating around its seas and its islands are surrounded by myth due to its waters and landscape being filled with many predators. Its capital is located on the biggest landmass on the moon and it's called Stormshore and is the only real city on the moon.

JanOrguch: A place covered by snow, the moon of JanOrguch is too far from the planet to have a pleasant weather. Instead, JanOrguch became a place covered by snowy, harsh weather, but not harsh enough as to not being able to host life. Its forests are thick, frozen places, its lakes are mostly frozen all year long, the moon gets three months of ‘warmer’ weather but still lacks the same green fields as her brothers, she is famous for having paradise like valleys inside her mountains where most of the life and fertile land comes from. The moon is now covered by many factories and mining operations for resources and fuel, it’s capital is a heavily populated city called Hardhome.

JanMorva: A dry, desert place. The moon has no river, seas, or lakes, JanMorva was once used by the Muuns that populated the planet as a penal colony for them to work on its mines, filled with gold and other resources. The moon changed due to the centuries, JanMorva became focused entirely on mining, the moon has only one city, a heavily populated placed inside the biggest mountain on the moon called Corpselake. The moon is also covered by many factories.

  • New Arakki (Celestial Body III): A planet far from the other satellites on the system. The planet has most of its sunlight blocked by JanFathals moons, resulting in a position where it gets too little sunlight but not as little as to not being able to support life, the planet is covered by thick dark forests and tall peaky mountains. The planet is home to the Ara-Nea species and is famous for being quite unfriendly towards humans. New Arakki has no moons anymore thanks to a incident that happened a thousand years ago when its moon left its orbit due to a impact with a asteroid, now she wanders away in the galaxy. The space between New Arakki is known for being filled with asteroids, those asteroids are rumored of having exorgoths and colossus wasps wandering about.

GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
  • Gravity: Standard.
  • Climate: Almost described as paradisaical. JanFathal was once a pleasure planet for the Muuns, the planet is known for having cool summers, gentle rainy seasons, calm autumns and pleasant winters. There is no snow in JanFathal, but the planet is known for its rain, the Muuns abandoned weather control due to preferring a more natural lifestyle and therefore enjoyed its ‘changing weather’. Due to being covered by thick forests and woods from aliens trees, the planet is famous for its rains, those being peaceful and refreshing, so rarely turning into storms.
  • Primary Terrain: Covered by thick forests, the Muuns once despised the arboreal look on the planet due to being the site of many ruins of an ancient civilization, a lost civilization of the Klee people. They planted many alien treets on the planet, like many wroshyr trees can be found all around the planet. JanFathal has a near endless amount of rivers and lakes around the landmasses but has no oceans, only a single vast sea can be found on the planet, in the west, stretching all the way to the the east with astonishing beaches. The planet is the site of tall mountains, sturdy hills, green fields, rich flora and richer fauna. There are no deserts on JanFathal.
  • Atmosphere: Type I.
LOCATION INFORMATION
  • Capital City: Caer Athar the Proud.
  • Planetary Features: Every major city in the planet is connected by both terrestrial roads and by hoovertrains and bridges The planet is only heavily populated within its cities victinities, most of the planet remains wild and untouched, many villages and settlements can be found over the grounds around the cities, but they are not as populated as their cities and are connected only by land or speeder through old roads. Ruins of two ancient civilizations can be found around the forests and another one deep beneath the sea of JanFathal, untouched and uninhabited. Those two belonged to the Sarafurian and the Klee.
  • Major Locations:
Caer Athar the Glorious: The planet’s capital, Athar its the planets greatest, most luxurious and magnificent city. Its architecture is considered legendary throughout the galaxy, sharing space with technology, colossal skyscrapers and much of the green for which the planet is famous. Divided by five circles surrounded by an increasing wall, the city is completely walled, each of its circles has a single entrance and exit, protected by its gates. Each circle represents an aspect of Muun society. The city is now mostly occupied by the squamatan and dashades.

Harlaw the Spiral Castle: In the past, the Goldengilean was the seat of power of the planet. After the most recent events the Goldengilean was demolished by the New Imperial Forces due to being too damaged during their conquering of the planet. In its place, the warlord Lunafreya built a symbol of her arrogance and might, the Spiral Castle it is a superb magnanimous construction.

Caer Taran the Fair: Famous for its lakes, Caer Taran is the most beautiful city on the JanFathal. It is the only city in the planet not divided by walls, the city is surrounded by well-guarded walls but is much more ‘loose’ than all others. Located in a privileged position facing many deep rivers, Caer Taran is considered the center of all trade and pleasure in JanFathal with its casinos and bath houses. The city is famous for hosting most of the Gossam and Bith population on the system.

Caer Dathyl the Proud: Constructed deep inside a mountain range, Caer Dathyl easily identifies itself with its alias, ‘The Proud’, the city is renowned for being the place where all the armed forces in the planet are trained to protect its moons, watch its resources and guard its boards. The city is mostly ruled over by the kaleesh.

Caer Colur the Wise: Once this city was considered the most protected place in JanFathal, the city was called ‘The Strong’, but after being conquered by the New Imperial Order, Caer Colur was the only place that refused to yield, filling its walls and grounds with human and Muun refugees that refused the New Order. The city was recently sacked to the ground by the Hutt Cartel during the ‘Long Absence’, causing millions to be taken into slavery. Now, Caer Colur is currently being rebuilt, the city is now called the Wise due to being assigned of training the low and mid classes into working. The city is now occupied by the Muuns left on the planet, alongside millions of Ortolans.

Caer Llyn the Lesser: The less evolved city in the planet, Caer Llyn is the home of nearly all the Ugnaught population in the system. The working class that produces nearly everything now sold on the system, the city is filled with factories and production sites, alongside mining operations.

Great Forest of Fflam: A immense green place, the Great Forest is a wild and dangerous place. While hosting much of the population of many alien villages, like the xamster, avogwi, anacondas, vor and sluissi, most of its grounds remain untouched. The forests are in the care of the Ithorian.

Annuvin: Center of all the mining operations of resources and gold in the planet, Annuvin is home to many villages and settlements. The area is the center of the bormterrans, daichyura and turazza population. Its ‘seat of power’ being Ironholt, ruled by the Tiss'shar population dedicated on ensuring profitable operations.

Prydain: Fertile fields and green mountains, the Green Prydain is a land occupied by many villages, settlements and small towns. This whole land is solely occupied by gamorreans, and is mostly ruled by them. Its ‘seat’ of power is called Goodbrother Keep, where the Master of Prydain rules.

Free Marches: A lushy, wet forest, filled with swamps, rivers, lakes, huge trees and tall hills. This was the land given by Lunafreya Solidor to the Drackmarians make their homes, the Free Marches stretch for more than a third of the planet, they are only accessible by land due to the size of its worshyr trees stretching all over its lands. The main settlement of the Free Marches is called Freetown where the Master of the Free Marches rule.

Sea of Don: The only sea on the planet, the Mad Sea of Godo is not a place for the weak. Filled with predators and huge monsters, Godo is also famous for its storms and sudden hurricanes. Beyond the Sea of Godo some say exist a single island of great beauty where the ruins of an ancient civilization of the
Sarafurian are still standing. Along its shores lie settlements of the glottalphibs and Baragwins.

Great Lake of Godo: The biggest lake in all the planet, the Great Lake is a revered place and is considered the birthplace of the Troglofs. Rich in fauna and flora. The waters of Godo are calm and rarely taken by storms. Deep beneath its craddle lie the cities of the Troglofs, they so rarely leave them and come to the surface, except on special occasions. The Troglofs are left, mostly, to their own devices, apparently Lunafreya Solidor, the current Warlord actually likes them.

Singing Mountains: Land of the Trogodiles, this reptile species made its lair inside the deep mountains, where they dwell, mine and forge weaponry for the planet. It is said that the Trogodiles live in its depths, but on the surface live the Barabel on hidden villages, hunting and guarding the grounds. The seat of power in this area is the Hidden Pyke, deep inside the mountains.

Nuth: The legacy of the Yagh civilization, covered by ruins, this immense area is considered wild and savage. Many of its mining operations are constantly abandoned due to the many predatory wildlife on the area.

The Coliseum of Darvaarad: The most impressive construction in the planet. The coliseum was built where all the roads for every city cross, a place called by the locals as the village of Darvaarad, the construction was done in that place as a reminder and a symbol of power. Capable of easily seating one million aliens, its construction is not only massive but beautiful, where statues are being built constantly and frames of the former actions of heros. The Coliseum also has a maze like tunnels and rooms beneath its construction, those being a former facility controlled by the Muuns.

  • Culture: In the past, profit and pleasure were the two words that defined JanFathal. A planet ruled over the Muuns in the name of the Sith Empire, life on JanFathal served only to bring profit for its greedy masters alongside pleasure, if not, those would surely find themselves crushed by their dark masters. Now, under the thumb of Lunafreya Solidor, JanFathal finds itself with purpose under the shining gaze of martial law. Its population is now divided into serving in castes systems, the weakest ones are driven to the lowest parts of the society or cast off the planet, (or worse, like being tossed to clash in the arenas), while the ones that show hard work are rewarded with fortune and glory. The population is hammered mentally and physically about the dogmas of order and serving, being deprived of most the offplanet informations, they barely have any time to wonder about other things, constructions are in a endless state, and to appease the general desire for violence and savagery its aliens are famous for having, the current government hosts the most glamorous gladiatorial fights in this side of the galaxy, hosted for the population to keep them entertained. Those fights are fought either among species and neighbors to ensure they do not ally themselves against the current order, or against ‘collaborators’ of the Sith Empire. Beyond that, sporting is a powerful aspect of this society, events of boxing, martial arts, dueling are constantly hosted. Semi-Sentient aliens are treated poorly, little more than beats. Another other very important events are also implemented on the planets life, those being known only as the Gaming Hunts. Where a group of aliens are tossed in the jungles against a selected menagerie of creatures where they have to chose to hunt or getting hunted. Statues and museums of each aliens beliefs in art are constantly being constructed, alongside buildings and keeps. Food is the main goal of the government to satisfy the masses, alongside drinking, it is said the alcohol runs like a river on the planet, even for the lowest caste, what Lunafreya took away she made up for it by filling her tables with plenty, sharing the wealth of the planet with its inhabitants and systems instead of making tremendous profit out of it and keeping their tables always plenty with food. Almost placing itself as a ‘goddess’, Lunafreya boosts her own image to the population in many ways through the use of the media and art constantly.

GOVERNMENT & ECONOMY
  • Government: Stratocratic Feudal Despotism.
  • Affiliation: Lunafreya Solidor, graced Warlord Of the New Order by the Sovereign Imperator, Irveric Tavlar Irveric Tavlar .
  • Wealth: High. Due to the infamous wealth left by the Muuns, alongside the planetary mining operations, strategic position in a wealthy commercial route of great importance.
  • Stability: Medium. There are no major issues regarding civil war, rebellious cells or even chaotic situations lying on the planet, but unfortunately, there are many reports of violent display among the species on the planet against one another, but what could you expect from a planet filled with wild creatures like those? The reptile and porcine species frequently roar at each other, end up fighting in fists or claws and can even devour one another. The Duchess Lunafreya doesn't seem to mind that, because those reptiles are her muscle, her strength and her eyes, but if someone was cunning enough to look he would see her fingers behind the strings, allowing her 'little monsters' to clash one against the other so she would sow the strong and rip out the weak. The other humanoid species in the planet are left a bit scared about them, the current rule of the planet forbids any fighting inside the city walls and forbids any ill-treatment of humanoids in JanFathal (at least officially), the truth is that she does not care if the rabble growls at each other as long as they don’t openly defy her.
  • Freedom & Oppression: Using a friendly Suerton as a public face, JanFathal is actually ruled by the iron fist of a quasi-tyrannis, whose actions are defended for the constant use of the rhetoric explanations that all they do is for the greater good in a fight against the oppression of the Sith Empire. Her reptile species maintain order as according to her deal with their leaders, that same order is maintained through strength, and due to racism, Lunafreya Solidor forbids certain types of species to work on different areas that are not suited to their talents as according to her beliefs on each species, examples: Muuns on the planet are kept doing the financial and administrative work, while the Ugnaughts and Turazza are kept doing the heavy labor/social work. The humanoid population are mostly kept to the farming life or working on factories. Abandoning your duty in serving society is considered a crime, the only ways someone can abandon their function are if they are proven completely useless for their areas or reveal a high number of midi-chlorian enough to make them been taken to work elsewhere. Unfortunately, the people on the planet are too afraid to believe that her rule is unjustified due to the most recent events.

MILITARY & TECHNOLOGY

  • Military: Planet is renowned of having a substantial navy if compared to their neighbors due to the ships in possession of the Duchess and those of the New Order, currently it is one of their fortified sectors due to industrialization on the area. Planet is also surrounded by a planetary shield, with three shield gates around the planet used for entrance, JanFathal also possess legions of battle droids and sentient soldiers defending its cities. Its planetary defenses are mostly focused around its cities, those being surrounded by canons, shielded, anti-airship artillery, while outside its cities, the main population can be considered its greatest defenders. Due to being mostly made of strong warring species such as gamorrean tribes and barabel fighters. Most of the order outside its cities are kept by droids in the service of the capital, while every single village provides many watchers and warriors to guard their walls and its grounds.
  • Technology: Galactic Standard.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

According to the Troglofs, long ago the planet was home to other two civilizations, both shared colonies on the planet and both ruled equally over the planet and both shared its resources. The Troglof always kept their rule over the sea, and never cared about the affairs of those they call 'landwellers'. For many thousands of years, all three species enjoyed a golden age in the planet and lived in harmony and peace, but also, according to the Troglofs, as soon as valuable resources were found on the planet, both species started to quarrel among themselves. The Troglofs were kept in peace, for they did not had the technology or will to leave their planet or interact with other powers, the only desire of the Troglofs in those days were keeping their cities protected and their civilization undisturbed by the galaxy.

For a thousand years they fought against each other and according to the Troglofs it was this war that destroyed each other. But archeologists and recent researches have suggested that although both species have waged war against each other, it was only when a third party (The Muuns) got involved that they truly faced extinction. When a army invaded both of their capitals and exterminated both species en masse, and as some believe, the ones involved for this mass extinction could have been the former rulers of the planet.

Not long after that, the Muuns arrived. They seduced the Troglofs with promises of prosperity and fortune, filling their heads with lies and taking charge of the planet. Soon they gained control of their mines and the new rulers made huge fortunes by drilling its resources and using them as they pleased. JanFathal became the Muuns world for a long time and the Troglofs went back to their cities beneath the waves, far from its public face.

For a long time JanFathal was the site for many horrible things. The Muuns used its moons as penal colonies, its planet was filled by slaves bought the fortunes made by their drillings. Its cities were built in blood, its mines paved by bones.

The Muuns freed all the slaves to join the Old Republic, but although they were free, they were forever under their control. Even during the Clone Wars the planet was not spared when the separatists forces laid waste to its city because its masters refused to obey. JanFathal experienced days of darkness as the Galactic Empire once again enslaved its population and started to mine the planet as they pleased.

Only when Palpatine died order was restored, but not for long, the planet was taken by the Yuuzhan Vong and was one of the planets they still occupied even after the war was over. To get rid of the Vongs, JanFathal called upon their ancient masters once again, now, suported by the full might of the Sith.

For a long time the planet was ruled by the Muuns, they filled its lands with aliens to serve and to protect them. It was only when the New Imperial Order started to threat the current order that things changed and not for the better. The Muuns removed themselves of JanFathal and removed most of its defenses, easily allowing the planet to be ‘incorporated’ to New Imperial space, but as the New Imperial forces moved to fight over for Muunilinst and Mygeeto, the former greedy masters dared a revengeful blow against their ungrateful servants.

And the planet spared from the horrors of war was attacked by the Hutt Cartel. Doing the Muuns biddings, the Hutts enslaved its human population but sparing the Muuns, leaving very few behind to tell the tale, and as soon as they left the planet, the ones that survived turned against the Muuns that stayed on JanFathal. It was not until Lunafreya Solidor miraculously arrived to re-establish order and estability with her forces that JanFathal finally found peace.

As she told the population, the Cartel only dared to strike not because the Muuns ordered them to do it so, for they were too spineless for such coward act, she blamed the Sith Empire and used that as an excuse to establish her power and grip over the planet.

The true would never be found, for that was between her and the Hutts, and if she made a tremendous fortune selling human slaves to the Cartel and acquired control over a planet, who cared?

Heya! Lunafreya Solidor Lunafreya Solidor

Interesting planet so far! A few things need to be changed. These remarks only cover down the the last quoted material from the submission, as we move along with changes and clarifications I will continue to review the whole submission!

Canon: JanFathal
Under this section you need to follow the template instructions.
Canon: [ Is this a canon planet? If yes, link to the original planet wiki here, if no simply put N/A. All canon planet submissions must be tagged "Canon" in Topic Tags and place [Canon] next to the planet name in the title. ]

Region: Unknown Regions.
This needs to be linked to Unknown Regions as per the template requirements:
Region: [ Link the region this system resides or describe its location relative to local star systems on the map. You can pick from the following: Deep Core, Core World, Colonies, Inner Rim, Expansion Region, Mid Rim, Outer Rim Territories, Tingel Arm, Wild Space. Unknown Regions. ]

There are a lot of listed resources here that I, and I believe others, are not readily familiar with. Could you please link each of these resources to some form of submission or article except for the following: Bronze, Durasteel, and Steel?

And for the Unprocessed Metallic Ores section could you also link all materials mentioned except for the following: Gold.

For the Unexploited Resources section please link all materials mentioned except for the following: Wood.

So far this looks pretty good, there are just a few small issues that I spotted on my read through which I've listed below. Once you've read through and have replies to my notes please tag myself and your codex judge back.

Links
While you do provide a link to the New Imperial Order, the link itself goes into a sub-page of the fraction, one which is not accessible to a writer who is not a member of the faction. Please replace this link with one that links to the front page, which is accessible by all writers on the site regardless of the factions they're a part of.

System Features

Metallum (Celestial Body I): The planet closest to the sun, Originally called JanTartus, the planet now known as Metallum is a volcanic land ever engulfed in hellish flames. Ruled by two different species, the planet is the site for many mineral resourcing and has become mostly a industrial planet filled with factories. The planet is very rich in diamonds, onyx, dragite crystals, incineration crystals, katak crystals and the famous lava crystal. Metallum has no moons.

You mention several resources here that are not common, and would not be known to most writers on the board. In particular the dragite crystals, incineration crystals, kayak crystals and lava crystals. Please provide links to the wookie articles for these crystals so that any member of the board reading this submission will be able to quickly locate the information on them.

JanDallben: The closest one to the planet, JanDallben was once a place covered by thick woods and strong rivers. Due to industrialization and reurbanização during the most recent events, a lua se tornou o centro populacional de toda a população trabalhadora do planeta. Suas cidades e portos dividindo espaço com seus rios e cidades. A lua agora detém 50% da população humana do sistema, sua capital é a cidade de Hammerhorn, ela é, much like the other moons, governada por aquele que retém o título de Mestre de JanDallben,

Please re-write this paragraph in English.

Major Exports

You mention weapons being exported, but later mention ranged weapons being an export. Are the other weapons you mention any different?

Primary Terrain
Covered by thick forests, the Muuns once despised the arboreal look on the planet due to being the site of many ruins of an ancient civilization.

Which ancient civilisation? While a cool little aside, we'll need to know for the submission, so anyone coming to explore knows what kind of artifacts and ruins they might find.

Planetary Features

In the same measure as the above, you mention undersea ruins of an ancient civilization. Which civilization is this?

Native Species

two extinct species called Yagh and Pragia.

Are these canon species? Chaos submitted species? I understand that they are now extinct but I've never heard of them before.

Immigrated Species

Please link the Muuns, They're not a common species and I had to look them up on Wookieepedia to figure out who they were.

Planetary Fauna

I love this section, and how it would aid anyone choosing the RP on the planet. However, some of the species you mention aren't commonly known, and as per the template below:
Any uncommon species or custom species should be linked.

Please provide links to the lesser known or uncommon species.

Demographics

You say that "Due to recent events, human population on the planet decreased to 1%. The current species that took over the planet have demonstrated a lot of mistrust and anger towards humans, most of the human population is now confined on its moons, to the point that humans are not openly welcome to the planet to share the same place as the others. They are forbidden of leaving its cities and wandering around the planet, much like many other sorts of humanoid species." Which event is this? I assume that the Hutt's attack is what reduced their population, but why are they seen with distrust now?

Affiliation
Affiliation: Lunafreya Solidor, graced Warlord Of the New Order by the Sovereign Imperator, Irveric Tavlar Irveric Tavlar Irveric Tavlar Irveric Tavlar .

Please link to your character as well, in the future if you choose to remove the character, this way the information will remain.

Wealth
strategic position in a wealthy commercial route of great importance.
Which trade route is this?

Stability

I'm a little confused about this section and was hoping you could help clear that up for me.

In the Order and Feedom section you say the following.

Everything you mention in this section from the martial law to the gladiatorial games speaks of a society where people barely have time to do more than work and the rule of order is sacrosanct and enforced heavily. However, when we look at the stability section you say the following.

there are many reports of violent display among the species on the planet against one another, but what could you expect from a planet filled with wild creatures like those? The reptile and porcine species frequently roar at each other, end up fighting in fists or claws and even devour one another. The other humanoid species are left a bit more scared about them, the current ruler of the planet does not care if the rabble growls at each other as long as they don’t openly defy the order.

As you can see, this quote presents a very different image. One where Order isn't as important as long as any conflict doesn't spread beyond the specific sectors. Not the same focus on law and order you had described above. Could you please clarify this discrepancy?

Military

Military: Planet is renowned of having a substantial navy if compared to other planets, also possessing legions of battle droids and sentient soldiers. Its planetary defenses are mostly focused around its cities, while the main population can be considered its greatest defenders.

Just as a note here, remember that according to site rules, "Only a Major Faction has the resources necessary to role-play having a large fleet, army, etc. ". Also, what types of planetary defences are we talking about? Shields, ground-based turbolasers? As always, in a situation like this detail is the greatest asset, that you can have. If someone is RPing on the planet, or attacking it, this is very vague and therefore could result in an argument between writers, if you can provide a little more detail about what is set out that would prevent any future arguments.

Historical Information

You stated the Troglofs were a native species, but in the historical information you speak of "two civilizations, both ruled equally over the planet and both shared its resources." Where do the Troglofs fit into this as a native species? They must have been on the planet at the same time as the previous species to know about them, so it's a little unclear how all three species fit together.
You also speak of a third party. "it was only when a third party got involved that they truly faced extinction. When a army invaded both of their capitals and exterminated both species en masse, and as some believe, the ones involved for this mass extinction could have been the former rulers of the planet." Are these the Troglofs or someone else? If someone else then who and what happened to them?

About Military. I own a few of ships, which was what I meant when I said a 'substantial navy', alongside a small army, which I can provide receipts for it, if I must. Also, as according of both Chaos and NIO, my Sector is entitled of an navy and army as well.

That's much better, and you've gotten almost all the points in my previous review sorted. There are just a few that I'm still not entirely clear on which I've detailed below.

Demographics

You still don't mention which event caused the human population to shrink as much as it as and to be treated in this way.

Native species

The species you have chosen, as the native species, exist in canon, but the Sarafurian's in particular are noted on their rookie article as coming from the planet Safur while the Klee were wiped out by Xim, not in a war with one another. An option I'd suggest here is that the two species located the planet and chose to share a colony on it that gradually fell into the conflict you described.

Military

The language used makes it seem like you're talking about significantly larger units. perhaps qualifying it by saying "substantial navy compared to their neighbours" would prevent misunderstanding.
