You could obtain quite a reward or favor by bartering it away. But can you handle the agony of parting from it? Its interior is just as streamlined and luxurious.
Tank: Even more than its predecessor, this thing can withstand a beating that would raise the brows of the captains of vessels twice its size, if it diverts power from its engines to its shields, and possesses multiple defensive countermeasures.
Falcon: Its immense speed and agility enable it to have a chance of escaping even the most modern interceptor. Some ancient models even come equipped with an SLAM

Large Target: Its still a large target, whatever its other benefits
Escort: The above reason is the reason these things often need an escort
Repair Difficulties: You're not fixing this with off the shelf kits. Get genuine barge parts or call a tow. Repairs are also incredibly lengthy
Age Issues: Due to the age of these unsecured examples, they require frequent tune ups and maintainance after every flight. This can become expensive, leading to it only being taken out for special occasions. Though they will still fly as perfect as they day they were built once maintainance has been carried out.

The J-Type Diplomatic Barge combines sleekness and elegance with extreme defense, offering one of the safest, most comfortable rides in the universe. Just looking at it can make grown adults weep. Its the ship that says "I'm a winner!" and many a smuggler would gladly fly it even without its weapons, as its immense defensive ability more than makes up for its other deficiencies. Perfect as a main sub or the basis for one. One of the most beautiful starships in the galaxy.
