Hannibal Oryen
Slick Fondorian
WAYLAND SYSTEM, WAYLAND
SOME DROPSHIP

"You're going to love this, I promise." Hannibal said, handing Jared a datapad with relevant information plastered on its screen. Despite his newfound occupation, the Fondorian kept his mercenary armor on. Force of habit and whatnot.
Wayland was not a well-publicized planet, but there were a few in the know about it. Zothustro had been poking around in his free time, trying to find any information that could lend a helping hand to their endeavors. What turned out was a lead that would be imperative to the success of Cestus Cybernetics' products. Zothustro would have gone himself, but he was busy ironing out the paperwork and agreements to rent out a factory on Ord Cestus and the distribution center on Celanon.
Instead, Hannibal had teamed up with Fringe Lord Ovmar, who Hannibal had cooperated with before conveniently off-screen. Ovmar had become privy to a lot of the proposed schematics during that time and was looking like a very big potential investor to Zothustro and Hannibal.
"Some prospectors came through here recently, thinking they would dig up something valuable. A hidden vault, precious metals, you know the drill. They apparently didn't find anything too interesting, but when they left they were complaining all over the place of this weird, useless silvery substance they found which, for some odd reason, wasn't actually silver. From how they described it, I've got a feeling what they'd found is a Xylen deposit."
Incidentally, from how deep the prospectors dug and still kept encountering the substance, it was a hellishly large one.
