I do apologise.

I was absolutely certain I'd responded to the dev question. I'd certainly written a reply, but clearly hadn't posted.

Given that this gives you a damage boost against most of what you really want to damage (shields and armour) I wouldn't want to see this anything above Limited without the weaknesses, and only with dev (10 decent posts say)

Alright. I really wanted to push the dev thread out for this and the Megamazer, but I just don't have the time right now. RL is kicking up at me. So I'll take it as-is with the range reduction.
