Biography
Irwin Vuull was born on Coruscant to a wealthy family, his father, Benjamin, owned a business around weapon creation and distribution. Benjamin was a morale anchor for Irwin and taught him many of the things he knows, but it made him a stern man who will be ruthless in his own growth. His mother, Milla was a counterbalance to it Benjamin, she was a more nurturing character who took care of Irwin when he was younger. Her teachings can sometimes slip out as Irwin. These make him both a ruthless businessman, and one who values aspects of life.
Irwin held a wealthy life growing up, even going to a private school and being an average student. He would keep his nose clean for much of his life and nothing notable happened during his childhood. He would eventually graduate and go to higher education that was focused on business. Upon exiting business school he immediately went up the ranks of his father's company due to his relationship with him, but still was seen as an efficient and good businessman.
His father died when Irwin was thirty-two, Irwin had been working under him at his business and would soon take it over through inheritance. His mother was devastated and would die only two years after. Some say that she died due to missing her husband. This marked a depressing moment in Irwin's life as he cared about her very deeply and would visit her every week after his father died.
Despite this, Irwin still proved to be a strong leader in business. He expanded his father's company to include ship-making and weapon-making for ships. His company is not nearly as big or well known as many others but it turns a marginal annual profit and he is always looking for ways to expand and grow it. Irwin continues to make trade deals and try to find bigger people to do business with.
Irwin hopes one day that he may become a regular supplier of the Galactic Alliance as he is very patriotic to his home world and its leader.

Strengths:
Ruthless: Irwin is a ruthless businessman who will do what is necessary to turn a profit, this applies to his life outside of work. If he has a goal or adversary he will stop at nothing until they are found. Nothing is too evil and nobody with information is too innocent to not be interogated.
Shotgun Cowboy: Irwin loves his shotguns, he is a well practiced skeet shooter and hunter. He is a strong shot with it and has a few tricks up his sleeves with it. Irwin has also mastered the art of speed loading a shotgun.
Martial Arts: Irwin is trained in basic martial arts and can do well in a fist fight. Though he will still lose to a hardened veteran or a Jedi if matched up to them.
Weaknesses:
Formal: Irwin is a very formal man, he will refer to people with prefixes unless told otherwise and will wear specific clothes. While being formal isn't necessarily bad, if he gets caught in a firefight while having a suit on he has a drastic disadvantage in movement and hand-to-hand combat:
Arrogant: Irwin believes his company is on top of the world when in reality, it isn't that large of a company compared to the giants. While his company is massive and pulls in much wealth it is no where near the top and he will boast it as if it is. This can come off as obnoxious or pretentious and could turn people away from him.
