DESCRIPTION
The RT-Char, named for its ability to Char the side of buildings with its high firerate and incendiary rounds, is a recoilless rocket launcher intended for anti-infantry and vehicle use. Still it can be used with bunker buster rounds that can damage bunkers and the people inside, but this was an unintended use as it's meant for destroying vehicles but later when they tested RPG rounds they found it could be used for anti-infantry capabilities.
