THE WARDENATE
“Rule with strength. Speak with steel. Serve the Empire.”
The Wardenate is the administrative and diplomatic arm of the Mandalorian Empire. Where the Great Heathen Army enforces Mandalorian will through war, the Wardenate ensures the Empire endures through structure, leadership, and diplomacy. It is the hand of the Mand’alor that governs and speaks, guiding the clans and dealing with the wider galaxy.
The Wardenate is organized into Oversectors—regional groupings of Imperial worlds—each led by a Warden appointed by the Mand’alor. These Wardens report directly to the Mand’alor’s War Council and are responsible for the stability, growth, and coordination of all worlds within their Oversector.
Select worlds, designated as Crown Territories, stand outside Oversector structure. These worlds are governed by a Warden appointed specifically to that world and report directly to the War Council rather than through a regional Oversector.
Three primary ranks define the Wardenate: Wardens, who govern worlds, Envoys, who represent the Empire abroad, and Alors, who steward their ancestral holdings in the name of tradition and loyalty. All serve at the pleasure of the Mand’alor and act as instruments of Imperial stability, expansion, and influence.
Planetary rule, sworn to the Throne.
Wardens are Imperial governors appointed directly by the Mand’alor. Each is entrusted not merely with a single world, but with the stewardship of an Oversector or a designated Crown Territory.
A Warden of an Oversector oversees multiple Imperial worlds, coordinating governance, defense readiness, infrastructure development, and clan interests across their region. They ensure that Imperial law is upheld consistently and that resources, industry, and military support function in harmony with the Empire’s broader objectives.
Wardens assigned to Crown Territories hold direct authority over strategically or diplomatically significant worlds that exist outside Oversector structure. These worlds may be bound by treaty, special status, or strategic necessity.
Wardens rule by example, mirroring the leadership, priorities, and character of the Sole Ruler. While their administrative styles may differ across regions, their loyalty must remain absolute. A Warden’s duty is not to self or status, but to the Mandalorian people and the Empire that unites them.

ENVOYS OF MANDALORE
Words backed by Iron.
Envoys are the Empire’s official representatives in foreign affairs. Whether brokering trade, negotiating peace, or delivering ultimatums, they speak with the authority of the Mand’alor. An Envoy may meet with planetary leaders, forge business arrangements, or initiate diplomatic talks with other nations—but all formal treaties and alliances must receive direct approval from the Sole Ruler.
Though chosen for their tact, wisdom, or shrewd insight, Envoys are not soft. They carry the weight of the Empire behind every word, and if diplomacy fails—they know how to finish what they start.

ALORS OF THE CLANS
Legacy made law.
Alors are clan leaders who have been granted stewardship over their ancestral holdings, be it a homestead, city, moon, or world. Recognized under the Wardenate, these Mandalorians rule not as political appointees, but as inheritors of blood, honor, and tradition.
An Alor may formally designate their ancestral homeworld as a Crown Territory under Imperial recognition. In such cases, they exercise direct leadership over that world and report to the War Council alongside Oversector Wardens.
Outside of their ancestral holdings, Alors stand equal in rank to Wardens and may be appointed to oversee an Oversector at the Mand’alor’s discretion.
While their authority stems from lineage, their continued stewardship depends on loyalty. Their role preserves the cultural roots of the clans while aligning them with the will of the Empire.
