Introduction
The Contingency has ravaged its way across the galaxy. This is obviously a terrible thing for the galaxy…but it represents an opportunity as well.
The remote system in the Rishi maze where the Contingency has their base has many examples of advanced technology. There could be many uses for that, for both benign and malicious reasons.
Further, the Contingency has made it known across the galaxy that they are offering rewards and a slice of their technology for anyone who joins them.
This all makes a potent mix. Will you seek to work together with others to claim this tech, or strike them down and take it for yourself? Perhaps you might even consider taking the Contingency’s offer up….
Notes
This thread will be straight PVP, with almost no GM intervention at all. There might be the occasional post tying in with what is happening elsewhere in the PVE thread, but mostly this is entirely player on player duelling.
There will be essentially two ‘sides’ in this thread; those siding with the Contingency, and those who don’t. Within those who don’t though the influx of Jedi, Sith, Imperials and Mercs in a single thread will lead to conflict. Conditions might also cause characters to change their allegiance to the Contingency - but that is the choice of that writer.

All items and technology must be approved in the Factory before the thread starts.
You may only use one character in this thread. That character cannot be in any of the other 4 event threads as they are happening simultaneously.
