Fascinating creatures. Deius knew very little of these particular serpents, aside from what information had been offered before the hunt, now he had the opportunity to fully understand these beasts of prey. Movement outside the main zone of battle alerted the young Mandalorian, his eyes focused on the slow moving serpent, no doubt its attempt of a possible flank attack. Smart creatures. Deius grappled a line to the tree as he stood ontop the branch, his height certainly allowed him the luxury of choosing his attack trajectory.

A quick tug of his cable, Deius targeted the serpent and the young Mandalorian leaped from his perched position. Deius swung and his body turned mid arc as his arm extended with his vibrosword, with his momentum already generated he swung in a fluid motion as his body turned once more as he swung away from the now cleaved in two serpent.

Deius flipped his sword with his hand and as a tree approached he stabbed and felt his body roughly hit the branch. The young Mandalorian grimaced slightly as he pulled himself back up ontop of the branch. Deius though gave himself a satisfactory nod of approval, he had judged the distance well and did not face plant on the dirt. Though my swing came in too early. Deius thanked that the scales were anything but difficult to cut with his vibrosword.

He looked around him and noted the fierce counter attacks of the large serpents, obviously they had no intention of seeding any territory to those that they see as invaders. Deius clipped his cable off and with a quick motion he dropped downward, his eyes focused on one branch to the next, movements appeared graceful and Deius smiled to himself as he landed with a light thump. Left hand drew his vibroblade, and with his right he kept his heavy blaster pistol at the ready.

Keep around the outskirts and focus on the smaller serpents attempting to outflank.

The serpent that tried to attack from the top met a rather cruel end with the song steel blade piercing its throat causing it to hiss and coil back almost trying to go for another attack but the mount the infernal brought with her saw to it's end as its teeth and claws ripped into its hide it hissed and tried to coil around to go for a last act of defiance to bite the mount and let the poison do its work, If it worked it will simple cling to where it bit till its death if not it will simply fall limp either way this viper will not survive.

The viper that went for [member="Tyri"] did its best but didn't expect the child to be smaller and faster then it so it crashed into a tree it went to attack again but was shot dead by the childs rifle and collapsed dead.

The one that struck [member="Atheus"]'s arm was sent crashing through several trees and flora before skidding to a halt the life from it was gone after that punch fractured everything about its skull that could be its skull.

The serpent has no idea about the attack [member="Deius Koman'na"] was going to unleash it was about to strike for Yasha but it was cleaved in two instead, All was silent after each one defeated there respective serpent atleast for now.
