Hey folks, I'm hoping to make a new Imperial character here soon and I'm hoping someone can help me make a great looking avatar. I'm hoping to give the image below a crimson border and to have it appear as if its on a screen, occasionally glitching/distorting.

If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it!
