The investigations into the recent terrorist attack on New Apsolon and Arcadia N-30 are still ongoing and little is known about the culprits responsible for the attack. While Jedi investigators and local authorities are looking into the events, urgent reports of an ongoing attack on the droid manufacturing moon Telti have triggered an urgent call for action. With little to no time to prepare, a Concord investigative team have been dispatched to examine the situation. It would not take long before arrival seeing as the domed low-gravity world was located centrally within the Silver Sphere.

Although the reports have been vague, it is clear that one of the main hubs for law enforcement and security on the moon's northern pole is suffering from severe issues. Not only have it been nigh on impossible to contact anyone inside, but a series of explosions have also been both heard and sighted by the main docking bay. Any attempts to enter the facilities physically has been met with magnetically sealed doors and ominous warnings of danger.

Naturally, the warnings have not been taken lightly and the participants of the group have been notified of the potential danger. Still, with access to an old and long since abandoned cargo bay, the team has been tasked to enter and investigate the area, peacefully, if at all possible. With large parts of the planet's security based on battle droids and guard droids, intelligence sources have gone out on a limb and assumed that ion and EMP-based weapons may be common if the events are indeed caused by a terrorist organisation. If that is the case, reaching the Droid Command Centre (DCC) is a priority.

Upon arrival, the investigative team would be met with brightly lit facilities which may seem modern by most standards. In truth, they have not seen use for a long time with manufacturing and storage being moved to other locations. Boxes upon boxes of droid parts are a common sight but there are also a few destroyed droids laying about on the floor - upon closer inspection, a thick layer of dust can be found upon them. A number of dormant battle droids of an older design can also be found standing along the walls.

A wide and sealed gate stands at the very end of the old storage facility. The seemingly active console next to it has both a pad for card swipes, a number pad for password type-ins and a call function to reach the DCC section of the dome. A true optimist would soon find out that the code is not 1234, 1111 or 0000.

It felt like it'd been a long time since his last mission, though in truth he'd been present on Arcadia-N-30 during the recent run-in with what appeared to be Sith loyalists so deep within Silver Space. Kyra Perl Kyra Perl had been with him at the time and together they'd stumbled upon the young lad Valen whom presently resided within the Silver Rest undergoing reform treatment, an intervention of sorts for those afflicted by the Darkside with prolonged exposure.

With the sudden warning of a possible attack, Caedyn hadn't hesitated at all to volunteer to be part of the strike and investigation unit sent to the Telti droid manufacturing facility. Any potential leads having any ties to Arcadia meant the possibility of learning more about their recent guest of whom Amaly had shared some most disturbing facts about the boys bloodwork. Frankly, getting away from the Silver Rest had been the right call, as unfortunate as the cause was.

Upon touching down within the abandoned Hangar, Caedyn and the others moved to secure the area while their transport powered down; the Jedi Knight already with his lightsaber hilt in hand and senses alert for any hint of the Dark Side present within the vicinity, however for the time being he felt naught but the presence of his fellow Jedi.

"We're clear" he called back to the others upon finding nothing but the dust and wary silence awaiting their arrival. It was unusual that these suspected individuals hadn't managed to lock this area of the facility up tight given it seemed to have been forgotten since an age ago. The only presence of life in the room was the insects crawling across the walls, scattering as soon as anyone got close to them.

"Guess it's just the one way forward then..." he muttered under his breath, looking ahead to the blast doors where the control panel lay attached to the wall alongside the massive metal entrance.

The Concord's forces were spread thin over silver space after the many recent battles against both Sith and Bryn'adul. With the Jedi's attention elsewhere, criminal activity in silver space began to steadily increase. The most notable examples so far being the terrorist attack on New Apsolon and Arcadia, and the attacks on bordering planets, such as the one launched by the Kastolar Sector Raiders. To her, it meant that she had no choice but to return to active duty again.

The Sephi was the second member of the investigation who walked down their shuttle's ramp, setting foot in the abandoned hangar. She gently placed her index and middle finger against her temple, before gesturing toward the Knight in front of her. It was only polite to signal that, from this point on, she would rely on her telepathy instead of her sign language if her fellow Jedi would let her. Then, she reached out through the Force.

"I don't sense anyone. Either this place is completely abandoned, or someone is hiding from us, shrouded by darkness..." Her Force Sense was refined enough to sense the presence of imbued objects or people and discern their nature if necessary. The fact that she couldn't pick up on anyone's presence beside those of her allies was worrisome.

Despite not being able to sense it there was, of course, still danger in this place. The Force was her guide, but it did could not tell her the whereabouts of droids or deadly contraptions. If anything, she had to be far more cautious than usual...

In recent months and following a variety of personal failures, Cas was determined to atone for them by plunging himself headfirst into helping his fellow Jedi and the Concord as best as he could. Finally properly recovered from the injury he sustained on Nar Kreeta as well as finding and rescuing his Padawan, the Kiffar Knight was ready to return to active duty with a, slightly, more positive outlook on life. Or at least as positive as it could be.

Cas was also looking forward to be working with Sakadi, his former Master, on this particular mission. He hadn't seen much of her recently and when she did she only came off as distant, although they were close they seemed to have drifted apart which the Kiffar wasn't okay with. At all. He figured at some point during all this, he could get some answers from her - or at least have a conversation. Though, he was aware this probably wasn't the best time with all things considered.

As the third to exit the ramp, Cas immediately turned his head left and right in order to scan the hangar. So far nothing seemed off, except for the general creepy atmosphere and the lack of other presences he felt in the Force that weren't his allies... what was up with that? As a result, to stay on guard the young Jedi Knight unclipped his lightsaber hilt from his belt.

"Okay, nice, so far none of us can sense anyone else. That's not concerning at all." he quipped, smiling slightly. Cas wasn't worried though, he was with the baddest of the bad (in terms of Jedi) and he was no pushover himself, if anything were to go wrong they could handle it. Looking toward the blast doors, his eyes focused on the control panel before he spoke out to everyone else "Anyone here a slicer or... should we destroy the control panel?" Cas suggested seeing as Caedyn mentioned it was the group's only way forward.

Wearing: Battle Sister's Garb

Armed with: Blood Guardian (Pink Aura, Blue Core Lightsaber)

Current Configuration: Meleena Io (See Bio)

007 hours earlier...

Meleena Io, the Westenra Mina Copy that had been configured to act as the older Sister of Laertia Io Laertia Io , busily feasted on the Mandalorian that she had seduced away from his peers on Nar Shaddaa, flesh rippling and bunching up disgustingly and at random across her entire body, concealed under a skintight metallic pink armored catsuit as she non-lethally consumed his psychic energy. He'd lose at least eight hours of his memories when he woke up, her metallic black fangs buried in his neck. Getting him to take off his helmet had been the true art. A seductive wink, a bite of the lower lip. The catsuit sure as hell hadn't hurt.

She pulled away, flesh resetting on an artificial skeleton to that of a slight muscular blonde woman with sharp features, licking the blood off her lips and leaving him for his friends to find. There. Topped off for another few days.

The Artificial Vampire strode out of the alleyway she had fed on him in as if she owned it.

Meleena, though acting as the most reserved of Laertia's Sisters, actually found herself quite taken with the idea of being a Jedi. She had downloaded all relevant information about them and their code, and readily shared it with the rest of her sisters so that they could better function as actual Jedi in the field if they had to.

Meleena herself was particularly eager to engage in this, as she was very curious about the order her beloved Sister had sworn to fight for, the very Order in fact, that her designer had once been a part of.

Meleena made a long, leisurely stroll through the streets of the Smuggler's moon, toward her red Combat Freighter called the Blood Lock. She had taken a few days off for herself, letting her Sisters treat Laertia to an afternoon at an ice cream parlor.

Once aboard, she had passed by all her photos in her personal quarters, those of her and Laertia and the rest of her family.

She felt a sting of guilt as she passed by them. They still hadn't told Laertia they were vampires. She knew virtually every part of their cellular schematics except that.

The copy of Westenra that had fought beside her at Atrisia had grown to love her as a Sister because Laertia gave her what her actual Sister Vera Mina Vera Mina lacked for her except in the tiniest amounts.

That copy's delight had only increased when it turned out that due to Laertia actually being a descendant of her creator, they were 'technically' relatives. It had chosen without hesitation to become the original version of Melissa Io, to guard with its life one of its only two living blood relatives.

All three sisters loved Laertia. All three sisters dreaded her finding out. All three yearned to find some way to find some other form of sustainable food source than psychic energy to lessen the chance of Laertia rejecting them once she learned the truth of House Li-Ves.

To lessen the chance of a rejection that would break their hearts, they had decided based on earlier talks to serve as Jedi in the SJC. Fake Jedi whose psychic abilities mimicked Force Powers, and whose psychic aura were very good at fooling Force Adepts into thinking they were Force Adepts with a Light Side Presence. In truth, they were extremely sophisticated (and illegal) Psychic Vampire Androids.

When a transmission had come from intel to investigate a droid facility on Telti, Meleena was all too eager to assist, wanting to prove herself and headed immediately to the rendezvous point where she boarded the shuttle taking them there without hesitation.

She had linked up with the team that Caedyn Arenais was part of, having remained silent during the shuttle ride studying everyone.

The facility itself seemed state of the art. Meleena used her X-Ray mode to look for hidden threats behind walls or floors as the team advanced. Her Lightsaber was in hand, a black double bladed variant.

"This smells of Sci-Fi Horror..." she muttered as she followed.

Meleena stared at the blast doors when everyone came to a stop, still using her X-Ray mode to trace the wires to thd blast doors

"Hmmm...lets see..."

Meleena went to a control panel, using her enhanced strength to rip it open and her knowledge of electronics from cybernetics to quickly hotwire the doors, which slowly started to creak open.

"If its werewolves that did this I want the fur for sinister experiments involving hair tonic..." she joked.

They still knew little about the recent terrorist attack on New Apsolon and Arcadia N-30 and honestly, he wasn't keen on waiting too much longer with the oft chance they might just do it again. This was something that had gotten the Jedi Master, previously thought perhaps retired after his injuries sustained in the battles against the Sith, to head back onto the field. It seemed he was healed, which likely meant he had just been busy with his operations out in the Outer Rim again.

This allowed him to be present in Silver Space when the urgent call was made. An attack on the moon Telti had begun, and if he was to guess, their little terrorist friends might just be responsible. Upon entering the system, they would find explosions all around, and little to no contact with those in charge. Ominous! With even more more ominous barriers and cryptic warnings!

Good thing he wasn't the best at listening to those anyway.

They would find their way around, and he couldn't help but be fascinated at the sight of the droid factory. Being a droid building buff himself, a part of him wondered if he could pick up a few things here, but he pushed the thought from his mind. Mission first! But he couldn't sense any life... Which was odd. Unfortunately, there was only one way forward, and that was to slice the panel. Veiere Jr and the others didn't seem to know how to slice, but luckily he'd brought along a friend.

The Jedi Master strode forward and whistled towards the ship. An R4 unit would come wheeling down to meet them, beeping a few times as if questioning why its Master had disturbed its slumber.

"Put a bolt in it, R4" the Master cheeked as he motioned to the control panel. "You know what to do, R4. Get us in."

A few beeps in affirmative, and the little droid set to work. It wouldn't take long before the doors, as creaky as they were, would start to open.

"This is R4-J6. He's been with me since I was a Padawan" he introduced curtly to the others. Though he couldn't help but freeze his gaze on Caedyn Arenais as he realized just how much like his father he looked. He'd met him once before, but... The death of the old Master gave the whole thing perspective. Shaking it off, he cocked his head towards R4 once more. "Don't mind him. Long overdue for a memory wipe."

A series of beeps translating to a warning sounded from the droid. Oh, it did not like that idea at all.
