Discussion If your character became a droid, what droid?

There's ways to justify it/make it happen (for example 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) but let's focus on the core question: if your characters were droids or became droids, what would they be?

• Jorus: astromech or maybe probe droid, or some kind of automated salvage vessel
• Quill: maybe a protocol droid, believe it or not
• Ashin: ship integrated
• Jerec: Chopper comes to mind
• Kasmion: G0-T0 (in fact he almost was one until I remembered Dorium Maldovar)
• Tass: survey droid
