Elizabeth was a bit of a rebel at times. Her actions toed the line of breaking the law, but she had not yet been caught. There had been a few times when there were close calls though. Carefully timing her exit from a crime scene, there were drawings on the wall she had just passed. Nowhere on her body could be found any of the tools used to make them, but they had been done by her hand.
With a smug and confident smile, she left the area. In the dark of night, not many people would see her leaving and she was sure she wouldn't get caught this time. She wasn't one of the violent rebels, but her voice would be heard and this was the manner in which she expressed it.
She had the desire and want to go out and reach the stars with so many others. Her intellect had given her the opportunity to attend one of the universities of Corellia with a free ride. All she had to do was maintain her grades. The youngest in her class, she was struggling at times and didn't know any of her fellow students.
Without having any friends to run with, she ran alone. Her hair was dyed purple and blue, the earrings she wore matched with a metalic glitter and her clothes were black. It fit the night and she now walked the streets with her hands in her pockets. In the morning her art would be discovered. The message it contained spoke of her desire and gave voice to what she wanted to do with her life. Many others felt the same and the finger of blame would hopefully be pointed in that direction and not hers.
Walking into her favorite cantina, she ordered her drink and sat down. Watching the comings and goings of those around her, she hoped her future was what she wanted it to be. A sense of uncertainty crossed her face and she buried her nose in her drink. What would come was yet to be seen.
