DESCRIPTION
The HVF-3A “Trinitaur Fang” is a dedicated atmospheric superiority fighter developed by House Verd, Inc. for the Mandalorian Empire and its allied clans. Born out of a need for fast-response air dominance during planetary campaigns, the Trinitaur Fang was engineered to thrive in environments where most starfighters falter—tight terrain, shifting weather, and low-altitude pressure zones.

Built around a duranium-alusteel skeleton, the HVF-3A balances hardened construction with aerodynamic agility. It boasts very high atmospheric maneuverability, enabling it to dogfight through urban skylines, mountain passes, and jungle canopies. Its multi-layered defense system that includes molecular, deflector, and ion shielding. This allows it the potential to shrug off EMP strikes and missile barrages while continuing high-speed operations.

The Trinitaur Fang’s armament includes quad ion cannons and an underslung rotating blaster cannon, providing exceptional coverage in both forward and strafing angles. Modular twin missile pods enable mission-specific payloads, such as concussion missiles for armor penetration or hex missiles for area denial.

Despite lacking a hyperdrive, its onboard systems are state-of-the-art: a terrain-mapping HUD, encrypted comms relay, and threat analysis algorithms that enhance pilot survivability during contested landings or extractions. Assembled in limited numbers and fielded only to elite Mandalorian air wings, the HVF-3A is not a mass-produced weapon of war.
