Resolved How do sub accounts work exactly

A sub-account is how you can have multiple characters.
If you click on your account name in the top left you should see this menu.
If you click on sub accounts you should see this menu.
Filling this out creates a sub account which you can use as an RP account. If you click on your name in the top left you should see a drop down that will now show your new sub account, clicking it will log you into the account so you can post as it and fill out the account details.
Accounts can be managed/deleted in the sub accounts menu where you go to create new accounts.
