Hoshikiba is the ancestral armor of House Vossan, a matriarchal warrior-noble family from the Mid Rim world of Shinraku. Passed from one head of house to the next for generations, it survived the fall of Shinraku’s feudal order during the Galactic Civil War and the long exile of House Vossan into the Outer Rim.

When Kaelya Vossan completed her ascension within the Imperial Reclamation Authority’s Inquisitorius, the remaining wealth and pride of House Vossan was bestowed upon her in the form of Hoshikiba. The armor was restored and modernized for Imperial service, retaining its traditional lamellar silhouette while incorporating modern battlefield systems, reinforced plating, an armorweave cloak, and a helmet with a polarized visor.

In combat, Hoshikiba excels against blaster fire, melee weapons, and glancing lightsaber strikes. It is designed for a duelist and hunter rather than a front-line soldier, allowing Kaelya to project authority while remaining protected during close engagements.
