PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Kaelya Vossan possesses the poised bearing of old Imperial nobility and the lethal grace of a trained hunter. She is tall and athletic, with a lean, disciplined physique built through years of martial training rather than brute strength. Her skin bears a warm bronze tone, while her dark eyes are sharp and calculating, often giving the impression that she is judging everyone around her.
Long black hair falls to the middle of her back when worn loose, though she typically binds it in an elaborate warrior's knot while on duty. A small crimson tattoo adorns the center of her forehead, a relic of her initiation into the Imperial Reclamation Authority. Her features are refined and striking, often causing others to underestimate the severity hidden beneath her calm demeanor.
Even out of uniform, Kaelya favors dark, understated clothing with military influences. She moves with deliberate confidence and rarely appears hurried or uncertain.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Kaelya embodies the virtues and flaws of the Empire in equal measure. She believes hierarchy exists for a reason and that strong leadership is the only force capable of bringing lasting stability to the galaxy. To her, democracy is inefficient, corruption is inevitable, and freedom without order leads only to chaos.
Arrogant by nature, she often assumes she is the most capable individual in any room. While she generally hides her disdain behind impeccable manners, those who fail to meet her standards quickly discover how little patience she possesses for incompetence.
Despite her cold exterior, Kaelya is not cruel for cruelty's sake. She genuinely believes her actions serve a greater purpose. Loyalty is sacred to her, and betrayal is among the few offenses she considers unforgivable.
Core Beliefs:
- Order must always triumph over chaos.
- Strength carries the responsibility to lead.
- Loyalty is earned through service and sacrifice.
- The Empire's ideals were flawed in execution, not principle.
- Fear is a tool, but respect is far more valuable.

HISTORY
The Child With the Storm
Kaelya Vossan was born into this diminished legacy. From childhood she absorbed stories of lost kingdoms, fallen warriors, and broken oaths. She proved exceptional almost immediately. Disciplined. Intelligent. Unusually perceptive.
By the age of six, strange incidents began following her. Objects moved without explanation. Predictions proved alarmingly accurate. Arguments ended before they began because Kaelya somehow knew exactly what others intended to say. The family recognized the signs. Though none spoke openly of it, the Force had touched her.
For House Vossan, this was viewed not as a blessing but as an opportunity. An opportunity that could restore their name.
Chosen by the Inquisitorius
When agents of the Imperial Reclamation Authority identified her abilities, Kaelya was surrendered willingly. She left her family before reaching adolescence. The parting was not emotional. House Vossan viewed service as duty. Duty outweighed affection.
Within the Inquisitorius she discovered quickly that talent alone was meaningless. Every initiate possessed talent. Only the strongest survived. Training focused on three pillars:
Control.
Discipline.
Purpose.
Unlike the Sith, the Inquisitorius did not seek to create ambitious warlords. It sought weapons loyal to the Authority.
Kaelya excelled.
Her instructors quickly noted her remarkable emotional restraint. While other initiates struggled against anger, fear, or pride, Kaelya learned to wield those emotions without surrendering herself to them. She became known for patience. And for perfection. Neither trait made her popular.
Hoshikiba, The Armor of Vossan
When Kaelya reached adulthood and completed her final ascension trials, House Vossan gathered for the first time in years. The family possessed little wealth. No estates. No treasury. No armies. Only history.
Before the assembled relatives, the matriarch presented Kaelya with the ancestral armor. The same armor carried from Shinraku during the evacuation nearly a millennium earlier. The same armor worn by generations of warrior-queens.
To House Vossan, the gesture carried enormous meaning. Not because Kaelya was family. But because she represented possibility. The family's greatest hope for relevance in centuries.
The armor was extensively restored and modified to integrate modern Imperial technology, yet its ancient core remained intact. Kaelya accepted the responsibility without ceremony. She viewed the armor not as a privilege. But as an obligation.
Eighth Sister
Following years of distinguished service, Kaelya earned elevation within the Inquisitorius. She was granted the title: Eighth Sister. The promotion reflected not only her martial capabilities but also her unwavering loyalty to the Imperial Reclamation Authority.
As Eighth Sister, Kaelya operates as an investigator, hunter, and executioner in service to the Authority's interests. She is frequently tasked with:
- Locating Force-sensitive individuals.
- Recovering lost Imperial relics.
- Eliminating threats to Imperial stability.
- Conducting politically sensitive investigations.
- Enforcing the will of the Inquisitorius beyond conventional jurisdiction.
Though still relatively young among the Authority's senior figures, she has already developed a reputation for relentless competence and uncompromising standards. Many within the Imperial Reclamation Authority see her as a rising star. Others see something more dangerous. A woman born from the ashes of a fallen world who genuinely believes that order must be restored regardless of the cost. And for the first time in nearly a thousand years, House Vossan dares to believe its name may once again matter in the galaxy.
