Isabet Denko

Olaror shal ni, vod.
Isabet reached the mouth of the cave were @[member="sabrina"] and @[member="Phantom"] stood. They were in the way. She grumbled a little and lifted her wrist launcher up, aiming it at the floor near the males foot. Within seconds she had fired and the metal impacted with the floor, exploding violently and spitting out shrapnel. Sharp bits of metal zipped through the air toward the couple. Hopefully that would be cause enough for them to move.

Explosions shook the ground as the droid went to town on the transports. Mia pushed forward again as others joined them. The Mand'alors daughter for one, and another former Mand'alor for another. Somewhere, in Mia's mind she was laughing, surprised that she had returned even more so that she chose to help Mia. She didn't stop to exchange hateful greetings, there wasn't time.
She unclipped a thermal detonator from her belt and rolled it towards the mouth of the mine where two figures were standing, it magnetized and fixed itself to a troopers armours. Mia depressed the denotater sending the troopers body in several different directions and elimanting those close by. She peered down her sights at a masked man and opened fire.

Alliera had to get weapons out of the Armorweave cloak, she noted, as she killed anouther sith trooper with the Trench Knife and pulled out her CZ-835 Machine Pistol and ended a fourth one with a quick burst to the neck with Basic rounds. "I feel like a fracking fairy." Alliera said, distaste as the new Templar Armor evident "You couldn't have put some pockets in this thing?" As Alliera asked that, she made sure to be close enough for @[member="Isley Verd"] to hear it. "As It is, You owe me for making me wear this Frelling thing..." Alliera said, chokeslamming an unfortunate Stormtrooper that was about to shoot at Isley after his cloaking failed.

A whine sounded behind him. Spinning around, after the young girl had spoken to him, another explosion impacted besides them.

"Get back inside!" Phantom shouted, lowering his head and running towards the girl, grabbing her arm as he was pushed forward by the blast.

Shards of metal rocketd past them, spitting out chunks of dirt and rock above them as blaster fire pelted the ground around them. Shouts of Imperial troops could be heard above the explosion, horrid cries of pain and death.

Phantom was sure he felt a burn in his leg, but he didn't have time to stop and think. He hoped it was a simple flesh wound and nothing more. Pushing the girl back inside the mouth of the mine and against the dirt wall, a pocket of Imperials also ran backwards with them.

The sharp burst of light from outside died down once they were inside and it seemed to get much quiet thanks to their surroundings. But it was nothing to be thankful for. The Mandos were still pushing on outside and heading their way.

Catching his breath, Phantom looked over at the girl next to him, his mask stained with specks of dirt and smoke.

"A pleasure to meet you. I won't kill you this time."

He made a promise to himself to make sure that Mando who fired the wrist launcher at them outside the mine wouldn't make that mistake again.

Sabrina got up looked at the man, who probably just saved her life. He was not bad looking, despite his age, and the fact he was obviously not force user. She smiled at him for a second, then remember they where in middle of battle. She decide to suggest to her savoir, Do you think we should collapse, the mine entrance, so we can stall them? Their must be other ways in and out of the mine, other wise the air would become stale, with just the one mine shaft.

That was a feeling he hadn't had sparked since....well, before Blake became the Phantom. The warmth of a smile aimed at him. For a second he forgot about his burning mask, but the tremor of a blast outside brought him back to their situation and what the girl had just suggested.

Clever.

"Yes. Collapse it. There's a Mando out there with a target on us, we need to get that entrance out before they wipe us out."

Except...

"You don't happen to have a thermal detonator do you?"

Isabet cursed loudly, they had run inside. No matter, it would be cause for more fun. Using the cover fire that Mia provided she darted for the mouth of the cave. The stone walls provided some cover from the clapping sounds of bullets zipping through the air. She trusted her vod enough to know that if she got in trouble, they would come for her. There was no way she was going bursting in there without some form of cover first. She glanced down to her belt, fumbling with a smoke grenade for a second. Her HUD burst into life along with her heat sensors. She would need them.

Pulling the pin, Isabet pushed herself away from the mouth of the cave, throwing the smoke grenade to the floor. It cracked, pouring a heavy smoke through the cave. The thick white fog that now filled every corner was a stealth blanket that Isabet would use to her advantage. She moved through the cave with some speed, though not enough to make her immediate position known to anyone who relied on their senses.

Sabrina smiled as her new aquatint, said "You don't happen to have a thermal detonator do you?" She simply replied no, who needs them. She then reached out with her hands, and began to concentrate on the rocks , around the mouth of mine. They began to shake, as she could sense the mandalorian, came into the area under the cover of the smoke, though it would not belong before the rocks would begin to fall.........

Isabet wasted no time diving through the mouth of the cave and into its depths. There was no denying the fact that someone was trying to bring the mouth of the cave down, she couldn't have that. Her voice buzzed in the ears of her vod. "They're collapsing the mouth of the cave." She span around to the heat signatures, her flame thrower following through with impeccable aim. It burst into life, a wall of flame projecting out toward their bodies through the smoke and dust. She hoped it would distract them long enough for some back up to arrive.

Raising his E-11 at the sign of the smoke creeping around them from the mouth of the mine, he was ready for the advances of the Mandalorian. Beside him, the young girl was already at work.

He glanced at her and immediately recognised what she was. A Force user. Weaver of magic. Someone too powerful for him.

Watching the smoke for signs of sudden movement, the rocks soon started to crumble and crack, starting to fall to the floor making a steady blockade. It was a careful process because he she wanted, the girl could bring down the whole mine around them, so it was a dangerous move, but one that would by them and the Imperials time.

He certainly was on the right side of this Force user. Before he could do anything, a wall of fire suddenly spat out from behind the smoke, torching the tunnel they were in and lapping the rocks falling.

Taken aback, Phantom stepped forward towards the girl to embrace the power she was expelling to counter against the Mandalorian.

"Verd ori'shya beskar'gam!"

He grinned proudly at her.

"Come, we must get further back. They're not going to wait forever and we need to get somewhere safe my dear.

Sabrina had to taker her time, to make this happen, but it was not a moment too soon. As the mandalorain, just ignited her flame thrower, as Sabrina made the cave collapse. As the rocks tumbled, down Sabrina moved back, out the way of flames. Though she could still feel the radiant heat, of the flames lick at her. She realized the manalorian, was on her side of the cave in......

A few loud curse words echoed over the comms as Isabet rolled out of the way. Falling debris was the least of her worries now. She was trapped in the cave. Today just seemed to keep getting better and better. She pulled the strap around her chest and tugged her rifle into her fingers. There was nothing she could do but complete her goal and avoid the two. The smoke had begun to settle but there was still enough time for Isabet to run into the maze of caves. Out of their immediate vicinity, her HUD worked on cracking the winding tunnels using an acoustic radar and finding a way to the trapped miners.

She moved through the caves with impressive speed, the armour didn't seem to weight her down. Unfortunately her jet pack was out of use in the small tunnels, she didn't want to risk bringing it down further. Relying on her speed wasn't Isabet's first preference, but it put a decent distance between herself and her two cave mates.

Darkness, darkness could be a scary thing. The crash that sounded was a good indicator that Ordo wasn't going to make it to the Imperial flank in time...or was he? the sound of the rocks beneath heavy feet was a foreboding thing. His heavy armor only slightly less dark than the blackness that now surrounded him. He had hoped to help his sister Mia to clear out these mines of Imperial remnants but alas fate it appeared had decided to bring the cave to a close. He drew his Mandalorian Ripper mark II. The weapon was his design, made after the infamous Mandalorian Ripper form ages past. His pace quickened as the familiar sound of a flamethrower burning reached his helmet’s receptors.

The big Mandalorian’s breathing was steady his mind sharp and focused as he moved forward. The feeling of the weapons grip in his hands was something that reminded him of when he was young and impulsive, rushing into the fray without care or second thoughts. He had more than once been in these kinds of tense situations when you didn’t know how many you would face. It was exhilarating to be so close to the fate that waited for all and yet stare it in the face and say “Not Yet”.

He made it to a sharp bend and the glow of the flames was visible as someone fired a flamethrower. If Ordo didn’t know any better he’d say that someone had taken a page out of his book. He tilted his head to one side and felt the tension in his neck leave on the back of a loud pop. Coming around the corner he aimed his Ripper at the figures he could only partially make out in the light of the flames. He decided he would give them the chance I his riduur would want him too.

“Hand’s on your heads and you get to keep them!” He said, loudly his deep voice echoing in the cave mouth. They had a chance to survive, but it was just the one chance.

Sabrina froze when she saw the second manalorian, she recognized him from the recent battle, her first battle. Instinctively and in fear of him, she reached out and tried to crush the man gun. As she began to try, she said no you surrender, I am sith her confident voice masking the fact, she was shaking like leaf on the inside.......

Isabet heard Ordo's voice from her position, she couldn't help but crack a gentle smile. The great brute would need help of course. She span around on her heel and jogged the short distance back to the collapsed entrance of the cave. Commando rolling into sight, she fired off few blaster bolts at Sabrina. There was no doubt she was going to be using some kind of force power and the heavy spray of bullets would hopefully do their job. "Su'cuy vod. Nice of you to lend a hand." Isabet said as she came to a stand beside Ordo.

Phantom failed to note the second Mando on them, but his young ally had seen him and now faced him. The tunnel was warm with the heat from the flamethrower and the smoke still curled and lapped around them.

They had to retreat into the mine and hopefully a catacomb of tunnels to get to the Imperials deeper inside. They were sitting ducks here, and already being lined up for the kill.

He only had one chance to do something, as he felt the burly Mando by them wasn't going to wait long. And from behind a fury of blaster fire, another rolled out from an attacking position to stand beside him.

Sith-spit.

"Ke'pare!"

Raising his E-11, he slowly turned it on the young Sith warrior and looked over at the Mandalorians beside him.

"Stand down. I have this under control. You nearly killed me once and I don't want it to happen again."

Ordo's finger was already slowly squeezing when the front of the weapon pinched. She did it! She actually hurt his favorite weapon! That was not, not, his favorite part of the day!

Ordo looked at the weapon and opened his hand to let it drop to the ground.

'Shhhhhhhhhck' was the sound as his beskad came out of it's sheath. The black beskar blade was as much a chopping weapon as anything. A beskad was not for finesse loke a lightsaber. It was for brutality.

"More Sith have left their life blood on this blade than you can claim to have met." He said completely serious.

Ordo watched confused as the man turned on the Sith girl. He looked at his Vod Isabet and back to the man.

"Shoot her and let's go." Ordo said calmly. One less Sith.

Fear was starting to take a hold of sabrina, the man in front her, was hard enough to take on one her masters. Then the was other two, she could not keep track off all them, one was opening fire, the other was telling her what to do. The hairs on back her neck, stood up on end with the heat, as one shot`s passed through her hood.
With that she panicked, and turned and ran towards the woman who shot at her. As she did she used the force to try, and shove her out of the way.......................

Nodding slowly to the blade brandishing Mandalorian, Phantom winced as a blaster bolt rang out next to the girl. He didn't fire - did he?

Ducking to avoid another shot, the girl used her time to run at the warriors opposite them. A foolish act but a brave one also.

Phantom could either strike, or retreat. He had to wait for his chance.

He who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.

Gripping the E-11 tight, he watched the strike happen, his mask burning into his face as he did.

Isabet lowered her blaster as the woman came running toward her. The force use caught her by surprise by her heavy boots managed to stop her from skidding to far. Isabet decided to let her run. "Hut'uun dar'jetii." Isabet mumbled as she pulled herself away from Ordo and the masked man. Her vod had her back, he would cover her if needs be. For now, she needed to make her way to the prisoners. The already partially mapped out guide was more then enough help as she made her way through the twists and turns of the caves.

Eventually she saw one of the tunnels opening into a larger cavern. Her HUD provided a list of all heat signatures with the wide space. There were enough imperials in there for this to be crazy fun. She grinned, withdrawing her beskad and sliding her rifle behind her back. She pumped herself up for a few seconds, still hidden in the shadows. Without thinking, Isabet ran toward the opening of the cave, taking a flying leap off the edge. The cavern was at least 50 feet below her and she felt weightless as she began the decent toward the floor.

Eight or so feet away from the solid ground, Isabet activated her jet pack. It burst to life, blue flame sparking and exploding out toward the ground igniting some poor unsuspecting private. With a loud war cry that shook the walls, she turned her flame thrower on again, projecting the flame out toward the group of imperials.
