question, do I have to ask permission to join a faction or I could just put it in the registration form..?

You can apply to any Faction you want. Some Factions are open, granting you automatic membership while others are closed and requires a Faction Administrator to accept your request.

A rogue type Korunnai that uses a polearm weapon, old rifle and an akk dog pet (if its possible). A mercenary that takes any job just to become rich and live on a slothful life. maybe ill just copy the personality of sokka. Akk dog would probably have to be subbed under the NPCs in the Codex. And If you can find a rifle and a polearm that's canon or in the factory (or make your own) you can use those

At any rate, as far join in faction it should be either by apply or drop by join ti varies from group to group. Just to clarify, the Codex is optional but greatly encouraged (and in the case of NPCs it can help them being taken a bit more seriously and through that offer a layer of protection). In case this is something you would be interested in doing, I'm linking the NPC Beast Companion Template
