Request Help Me Build a Blaster For Kinley Pryse

Well, that really depends on what you're looking for

Blaster-wise you have a number of options: light blaster, heavy blaster, Pulse-wave Blasters, Disruptor Pistols, Tensor Pistols, Scatterblasters, Ion Pistols, etc.

And those are just energy weapons. That doesn't cover any projectile weapons!

Personally, I'd go with a Tensor Pistol, Disruptor Pistol or Sonic Pistol though thats technically not a blaster (neither is Tensor Weaponry but whatever)

You could also go with a Shatter gun type pistol or maybe a slug thrower that shoots acidic bullets if you wanna go that route. CryoBan is also a good choice!

I could potentially make you something as well if you're interested

Hound from the Underground
I'm thinking maybe she has like a good old faithful one that I sub... but maybe she cycles through the others coz they are so useful?
It's not abnormal to have weapons better suited for some situations. For example, Yuri has his personal twin blasters that he normally carries with him, but he's got a whole arsenal he can use if they won't work or he needs something more modular.

You won't be sneaking a full size pistol into a ballroom and you won't be taking a holdout pistol into a warzone.

I do think Kinley needs a unique sidearm tho, all the famous smugglers got their iconic gear

She does have some cool weapons that Matsu Ike Matsu Ike made for her, but I agree she needs like a unique sidearm for her swagger

As someone who has made way too many blasters and weapons in the factory...

It very much depends on the character. Smuggler types will want a rugged blaster that is their "go to" and then you can add others for whatever you want that specialize in something. A lot of people who play a smuggler/rogue tend to either go with the conventional "greeble" blasters, OR they go Wild-west style. Most of those can be done in various ways. Typically a Heavy Blaster Style that is lighter weight, higher recoil. its an architype.

The Greeble blasters, like the DL-44 that Han Solo has, or even the pistol that Kay Vess uses in Star Wars Outlaws. its a simple pistol that can be modified on the fly.

I would heavily recommend looking into the character you are making the pistol for. How they act, how they fight, and make a weapon that suits their style, instead of just making "Something cool and shiny." I made a pistol for my Jedi Character Kaleleon Seleare, because he is a Wayfinder. He needs something that looks like he blends in, but can still pack a punch against those he might face. So I made This Pistol.

If you want help to make it, I am more than willing to help out.

I would agree with this. I'd do something more RP flavorful and fun to use, since you have plenty of other gadgets already. Something that would suit that Pryse style. It's a faithful gun that may hold a couple of practical tricks and also a couple of flavor tricks for RP.
