DESCRIPTION
A high-stakes meeting at the Tallifax Inn on Kwenn Station established once and for all the proper pronunciation of Hapes: it's pronounced Hapes, as everyone now knows.

The meeting took place around the same time as Black Sun's effort to annex the Hapes Cluster, possibly slightly before. The meeting at Kwenn Station was long, complex, violent, and multiply impassioned, and it concluded with the theft of a princess's jewellery.

These commemorative rings were made available at negligible cost. Squint into the 'gem' and the owner will see the space routes of the Hapes Cluster, the better to...access it.
