STRENGTHS

Designed to be preternaturally fast, agile and deadly, the Hanzo is a top of the line assassination droid with the skills and technique to rival even the most hardened combatants in the galaxy in a fair fight. Not that it’ll give you one.
The inbuilt optical dephaser and holographic suite allows the droid to vanish from view or even alter its appearance to better infiltrate a location. During combat, the droid can also create illusionary duplicates to confuse and distract its adversaries.
Automatically triggered in the event the droid becomes unexpectedly deactivated, captured or under any other preset programmed conditions, the inbuilt vape charge neatly disintegrates both the droid itself and any evidence within a one meter radius.

WEAKNESSES

The optical dephaser is only rated for half an hour of continuous use before requiring a cool down period of roughly the same amount of time. For obvious reasons, it can’t be used in conjunction with any of the other holographic options.
Similarly, activating the no-show disrupts and disables the optical dephaser, disguise suite and the doubler.
Like most droids, it is susceptible to the effects of EMP and Ion based attacks.

DESCRIPTION

The Hanzo-class line was built for assassination, pure and simple. A role it was designed to fulfill with a certain style, panache and perhaps a little theatricality when the situation warranted it. The base shell is a reinforced duraplast frame overlaid with an outer shell of songsteel paneling, allowing for a maintain a rather impressive durability to weight ratio, taking advantage of the high performance motors and servos installed.
Micronized holoprojectors lend it a preternatural ability to blend in and move through a crowd seamlessly, transforming its outer appearance to suit the situation at hand. These holo-projectors even allow the droid to become its own crowd should the need arise, duplicating its appearance anywhere within five meters. Of course, the droid can simply turn invisible for a short period of time thanks to the onboard optical dephaser functionality, but what good, self-respecting murderbot can’t these days?
Admittedly the additional no-show can throw a wrench into this; the component notoriously refuses to work well with others. It does allow for unrivaled stealth options, however. That might just outweigh the cons.
Each model comes armed with an inbuilt, wrist mounted neural inhibitor dart launcher in the left gauntlet, flash, gas and smoke grenades as standard. A ronin vibrosword was also supplied by the client, having previously been manufactured for purpose for the organisation by TOTT several years prior. A final inclusion of a vape-charge rounds the droid off, providing a quick and easy method of removing any and all evidence of its existence should plans go awry.
